T	Tereza Dolečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji! Hrozné chování personálu, přijdete do ordinace hodinu před koncem pracovní doby, ale už vás nevezmou. I když pan MUDr. ČERNÝ sedí v ordinaci a nikdo není uvnitř, ani v čekárně. Důvod je prostý, odmítla jsem zaplatit poplatek 500,- za přednostní ošetření. Je to smutné. Opravdu to panu doktorovi za to stojí ? I do not recommend! Terrible behavior of the staff, you will come to the surgery an hour before the end of working hours, but they will no longer take you. Although Mr. MUDr. BLACK is sitting in the surgery and no one is inside, not even in the waiting room. The reason is simple, I refused to pay a fee of 500 for preferential treatment. It is sad. Is it really worth it to the doctor?
M	Maya Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambulanci u Arbesa a především pana doktora Černého nedoporučuji. Nejvíce mi vadil jeho nekomunikativní přístup a jak bývá se vším rychle hotový. Žádná ochota sdílet jakékoliv informace navíc nebo laicky vysvětlit problém či léčbu. Naštěstí je v Praze spousta dalších doktorů, takže rychle pryč od této ambulance. I do not recommend the ambulance at Arbes and especially Dr. Černý. I was most concerned about his non-communicative approach and how quickly he was finished. No willingness to share any extra information or layman's explanation of the problem or treatment. Fortunately, there are plenty of other doctors in Prague, so quickly get away from this ambulance.
L	Lucie Prchlíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto ambulanci nedoporučuji na základě toho, že zde mají hlavní slovo recepční a ne lékaři. Dokud jsem nebyla těhotná, tak jsem zde byla docela spokojená, ale měla jsem malé zdravotní problémy na začátku těhotenství, které se mnou řešil akutně a velice ochotně pan doktor Černý, poté onemocněl a recepční mi vynadaly, že ať si to jdu řešit někam jinam, že tam nemají žádného doktora a ještě sami rozhodovaly o lécích (antibiotikách) - měla jsem si zavolat na výsledky a pan doktor měl rozhodnout, zda mám brát antibiotika dál. Byla to otřesná zkušenost, zejména v tom nejcitlivějším období ženy. S panem doktorem Černým mě pak už nenechaly promluvit, i když mi měl dělat velké kontroly v těhotenství, taky už mě po tomto incidentu k němu nikdy neobjednaly i když jsem na tom trvala. Na pravidelné kontroly jsem chodila k paní doktorce Novotné, která na mě byla vždy milá a udělala si na mě čas. V těhotenství bylo její chování ještě lepší. Until I was pregnant, I was quite satisfied here, but I had small health problems at the beginning of the pregnancy, which was handled acutely and very willingly by Dr. Black, then fell ill and the receptionists told me that I was going to solve it somewhere else, that they have no doctor there and they were still deciding on medications (antibiotics) themselves - I should have called for the results and the doctor had to decide whether to take antibiotics further. It was a horrible experience, especially during the most sensitive period of a woman. They didn't let me talk to Dr. Black anymore, even though he was supposed to do a big check on my pregnancy, and they never ordered me to see him after this incident, even though I insisted. I went to Dr. Novotná for regular check-ups, who was always nice to me and made time for me. Her pregnancy was even better during pregnancy.
H	Hana-kena H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor Černý je neochotný, málomluvný, často vás ani nepozdraví, když vstoupíte do ordinace (jen se ptá, kdo jste a co potřebujete), má nulový oční kontakt. I když s vámi mluví (a to se moc často nestává), dívá se jen do počítače. Pokaždé jsem u pana doktora měla pocit, ze spěchá a že to chce mít co nejdříve za sebou. Možná i kvůli tomuto spěchu a nezájmu můj problém nediagnostikoval/nevyřešil a pro řešení jsem musela jít jinam. Věřím, že mohl pan doktor Černý být dobrým lékařem v minulosti, ale teď si myslím, že ho práce přestala úplně bavit a pacientky jsou mu na obtíž. Jsem ráda, že už s ním nebudu muset jednat. Nerada nechávám tak negativní recenze, ale zkušenost s tímto doktorem jsem měla velmi špatnou. Jen sestřičky jsou moc milé a asi nesmírně trpělivé, aby s ním mohly vůbec spolupracovat :) Dr. Black is reluctant, talkative, often doesn't even greet you when you enter the office (he just asks who you are and what you need), has zero eye contact. Even if he talks to you (and it doesn't happen very often), he just looks at the computer. I always felt like hurrying with Mr. Doctor and that he wanted to have it as soon as possible. Perhaps because of this haste and lack of interest, my problem was not diagnosed / solved and I had to go somewhere else to solve it. I believe that Dr. Black may have been a good doctor in the past, but now I think that work has stopped him completely and the patients are in trouble. I'm glad I won't have to deal with him anymore. I hate to leave such negative reviews, but I had a very bad experience with this doctor. Only the nurses are very nice and probably extremely patient to cooperate with him :)

E	Eliška Hornychová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambulanci absolutně nedoporučuji. Jediná pozitivní zkušenost bylo chování sestřiček. Ty jsou neuvěřitelně milé a ochotné. Bohužel jsem se dostala do rukou Mudr. Černého, kterého zajímalo pouze to, abych u nich dokončila trimestr, jinak prý od pojišťovny nedostane zaplaceno. Tohle celé probíhalo přímo na recepci za křiku a různých výhrůžek. Mám komplikované těhotenství s nekrotizujícími myomy a pouze jsem chtěla (musela) přejít do rizikové poradny, protože ani Mudr. Gregorová, ani výše uvedený doktor si s mými potížemi nevěděli rady. V rizikové poradně jsem hned při první návštěvě dostala léky, které zmírnily naprosto příšerné bolesti, kterými jsem od začátku těhotenství trpěla. Nechápu, jak na svých stránkách můžou mít uvedeno, že se věnují pacientům individuálně a profesionálně. Ani jedno z toho lékaři nesplnili. Je mi velice líto, že jsem musela zažít tuto nepříjemnou zkušenost a hrubé chování ze strany lékaře. I absolutely do not recommend the ambulance. The only positive experience was the behavior of the nurses. They are incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I got into the hands of Mudr. Černý, who was only interested in completing their term, otherwise he would not get paid by the insurance company. This all happened right at the reception with screams and various threats. I have a complicated pregnancy with necrotizing fibroids and I just wanted (had to) go to a risk clinic, because not even Mudr. Neither Gregor nor the above doctor knew how to deal with my problems. At the risk counseling center, I received medication at the first visit, which alleviated the absolutely terrible pain I had suffered from since the beginning of my pregnancy. I don't understand how they can state on their site that they treat patients individually and professionally. The doctors did not do either. I am very sorry that I had to experience this unpleasant experience and rude behavior on the part of the doctor.
