★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view from the top of the hill where the ruins are located. The hike up is fairly mild, as two overweight, middle-aged people not dressed at all for hiking made it up to the top. It is definitely not a hike for anyone with mobility issues but otherwise it's fine. Right now it's under some reconstruction or preservation work, so be watchful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location for this castle. A little bit of a walk, but not challenging. Difficult to get a sense what this castle looked like originally, but fantastic views. No entrance fee, toilet at the bottom of the climb. We'll worth a visit.
