Durch Zufall entdeckt, das Navigationssystem führte uns durch die Waldstraße, die auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einer Schranke gesperrt ist. Die Straße ist nicht bei jedem Wetter und nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug befahrbar. The view is simply breathtaking. Discovered by accident, the navigation system took us through the forest road, which is blocked on the opposite side with a barrier. The road is not in any weather and not with every vehicle passable.

Po roce 1945 však přestala být kaple udržována a postupně chátrala. V roce 2008 proběhla celková rekonstrukce zdevastované kaple i její slavnostní otevření. Milovníci tradic a zaměstnanci Vojenských lesů a statků se zde tradičně setkávají na Svatováclavském troubení The excursion chapel, called the Forest Chapel, was built in the 1840s by the owner of the local spa, Baron Wilhelm von Neuberg, on a rocky promontory above the Ohře river valley. After 1945, however, the chapel ceased to be maintained and gradually fell into disrepair. In 2008, a complete reconstruction of the devastated chapel and its grand opening took place. Lovers of traditions and employees of the Military Forests and estates traditionally meet here at the St. Wenceslas Trumpet

On the Mattoni Trail, from Doubí towards Kyselka, you will find the Forest Chapel. A place to relax, with a beautiful view of the river Ohře. You will not regret.

Kaplička je postavena na skalním ostrohu a nabízí krásný výhled do údolí kde protéká řeka Ohře. Zhruba 1,5 km nenáročného výstupu se nachází rozhledna Bučina, která nabízí krásný výhled do údolí lázní Kyselka. Beautiful and quiet place, which is located about 5 min. walk from the parking lot for trucks following the red sign. The chapel is built on a rocky promontory and offers a beautiful view of the valley where the river Ohře flows. About 1.5 km of easy ascent is the Bučina lookout tower, which offers a beautiful view of the Kyselka spa valley.

Beautiful place, nice view of the Ohře valley. The original chapel, which has not been preserved to this day, was built by the founder of the Kyselka spa, Heinrich Mattoni.
