Andy-Cars, Czech Budejovice - Slévárenská 758/2

In October 2019 we bought a VW Sharan and we are fully satisfied with the car and the dealer. This was our 7th bazaar visited and the approach here was really from the better and profesionalnejsich. It was not even a problem to take the car to our chosen service for inspection. The whole process of purchasing, reinsurance and transfer was reasonable, everything was explained to me and prices for insurance and transfer were reasonable. I definitely have no problem Andy cars recommend.

We bought the car from Andy-Car last year. We paid their insurance and then used it. But the insurance is for a lawyer, basically you pay for the service for hidden defects, which the seller is obliged to pay !! Our car was not repaired at the convocation and we had to change the engine at VW. It's not about the bazaar, OK dealers, classic car-makers. Like everywhere. They paid out 100,000 from the 20000 fuse and 150000 from the repair. It's in the bazaars everywhere the same, you really do not buy a fine car from the original owner or from a really decent importer! But these are like saffron.

I have a second car from Andy Car and I must admit that I had no problem. I have not used the one-year warranty so I have no personal experience. If you have the option, I would recommend not to trade the car but sell it privately if you have time and nerves. Especially if you want to trade a car in worse condition, you have to reckon with the purchase price of scrap and in addition they will deduct 1000 CZK for CEBIA examination. Regarding the purchase I was told by phone that they take anything without a problem, the reality was a bit worse. Suddenly they did not want to buy and tried to make the car in my eyes total scrap. I proceeded to buy a car for the price of roughly ecological disposal 2000 CZK. Now my car is offered for 55 000 CZK. I assume that the investments were about 15-20 ths. Before buying I would recommend to read properly and ideally ask in advance for an insight into the purchase and insurance contracts. I was surprised by small things, such as the obligation to have a sticker on the rear window for a year under a fine of 5000. Furthermore, you undertake to transfer the car to them for a fee 1800CZK. Which means you will need to send your verified power of attorney, a big TP and a green card to the register first and then send them back. In about five working days, it will handle it. After signing the contract they offered havarijko I found that I have to carry out sandblasting glass (850kč), then at the place where the service SBZ OCIS I was told that the glass is already marked but in another state, so instead of 850 CZK CEBIE and the subsequent necessity to prove to the insurance company, otherwise the accident can be reduced by up to 70%. Rather, I would recommend arranging insurance yourself and in advance. Even though you have a one-year warranty (and will try to persuade you to pay for the extended warranty) in the agreement, all components are listed as worn proportionally to age and you confirm that you were familiar with everything, so you are unlucky to make a later claim. The dealer itself sells you essentially scrap and the warranty they claim is mediated through a third party. The price for this guarantee is included in the car price of 20 ths. They do not state on their website that a discount of 5,000 CZK for the purchase of another car would be subject to a certain time interval. In fact it is. I have the impression that one year and I bought a second car after five years. I finally got the discount but as mentioned above, they chose it differently. I have not received any other voucher for a discount for friends or family, so this proclaimed discount seems somewhat unclear. In the newly purchased car (year 2016, price 210 thousand) I received in October summer tires at the end of life, including all brake pads for an early replacement. (my scrap for 2 thousand had a complete replacement brake and year-round applicable for this winter) I am embarrassed whether andy cars recommend or not. They try to earn what you can, as elsewhere, but on the other hand prices are similar to the competition and you are so sure that the new used car will not fall right behind the gates of the bazaar.

I can recommend a car dealership. My husband and I bought a Volkswagen Touran 1.6 TDi 85 kw. Everything was alright. Unfortunately, after half a year, the injections went away. But we claimed the warranty and everything was repaired to our satisfaction. The approach of the employees was very helpful and everything was resolved quickly to our satisfaction.

I was interested in several Passats here. I spent a few hours in the store and I can imagine that I would be pretty annoying for someone. But the salesman at the branch was patient. I suspect the salesman's name was Mr. Brazda. In the end, I left with one of the cars and so far I am completely satisfied.

I bought my second car here. This time I left in Touran. I like their service. They will show you the car really thoroughly. They also measured my varnish. I don't know if it's common elsewhere, but I was surprised. So far, satisfaction.

The place is good but the machine is expensive
