Z	Zdeněk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zakoupil jsem zde vozidlo Dodge, prvotní informace na místě se rozcházely od podaných telefonem. Ale technik příjemný, vstřícný. Auto rezervováno do druhého dne a dána záloha. Při zkušební jízdě naskočila závada na FPC , tedy dost vážná. neodstraněno ani po delší jízdě s regenerací. Poskytnuta sleva ve výši 1/3 ceny npvého FPC. Při sepsání smlouvy o koupi byla požadována částka skoro o 5 tisíc vyšší, za údajné potvrzení o tom, že auto nebylo bourané a zárukou, že projdu STK..... S tím jsem nesouhlasil, zejména proto, že auto mělo zadní část evidentně vyměněnou nebo opravovanou, nástřik byl v jiném odstínu. Mimochodem toto "potvrzení" se dá koupit za 600,- Kč ! PO dohadování a trapném smlouvání jsem za toto potvrzení zaplatil 1000,- Kč navíc. Pojištění jsem musel předělat, částka byla skoro o 1000,- Kč vyšší . Takže nic moc.. Pojištění STK naprosto zbytečné- v případě jakékoliv závady není oprava hrazena z pojistky z dúvodu výjimky v plnění. Unifikovaný protokol o předání vozidla- dle uvedeného stavu prodávají nepojídný vrak, STK i když jí vozidlo má tak je "koupéna"- zjištěno dodatečně na kontrole ve výpisech. Celkově výsměch a zavádění zákazníka. Nedoporučuju pokud chcete mít po koupě klid. Těsně před podpisem smlouvy o prodeji auta mi bylo oznámeno, že z prodejní ceny ještě musím zaplatit administrativní poplatek 5 900 Kč. Další šok nastal, když jsem si přečetl smlouvu, kde na str. 2 mimo jiné stálo, že kdykoliv se vyskytne v budoucnu jakákoliv závada (kde nebyla ani určena časová délka) hrozí pokuta 100 000 Kč. AVOIT IT ?. Only waste of time. The people call us and tell us to come and when we reach there they will say we need that and this which they could have mentioned through phone rather than asking us to come to their office and go back empty handed. They hide many thing. I was asking for the feels and the services which they did not want to explain anything to me. When I ask why did they ask me to come if you not ready to explain things. They have no answer. Their answer was it’s the call center people who asked you to come. Not any one from this showroom. And only bla bla bla JUST WASTE OF TIME. AWFUL ATTITUDE ??????
