★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friends in Žižkov highly recommended Antonínovo pekařství, so when a branch opened in Vršovice a few years ago, we were delighted. Several years later, however, it's evident that 'service with a smile' is still a somewhat alien concept to the staff who run the shop. Perhaps it's the time of day (we tend to go in the later afternoon), but entering the shop is a bit like the Wheel of Fortune. You could end up with a decent customer experience, but more often than not you land on Bankrupt. It's a shame, because the product isnt bad. But there are many genuinely customer-friendly cafes now in the area, so watch out, guys - you have competition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what's up with one of their employees, but truly incompetent even to get an easy order, not obviously able to speak and behave and other staff members have to apologies for her. Either this place realizes customers pay for their services, or they will lose them in a pretty short term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite bakery in Prague! It is placed in a nice district outside the crowded city centre with seats inside and outside. You can go there for a very relaxing breakfast where you can pick up something from the variety of cakes, sandwiches or open sandwiches or just for a sweet break in the afternoon. I tried a couple of cakes and I highly recomand the carrot cake with nuts. And what I would like to find there in the future will be some cakes, pies or crumbles with seasonal fruits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great spot for a Sunday walk break. I appreciate that they serve free orange water ♡ My cokoladova tartaletka was not very good though, despite its delicious look. But I will be back to try something else. :) Cappuccino was delicious!
