See edit below. The cakes are amazing, the staff is nice, prices are high but the goods worth it. My only, but really big, complaint is that all of the bakers have long hair but none of them wears anything to protect the goods from their hair falling off. No headscarfs, hair nets, chef's hats, nothing. The blond lady today had her black t-shirt full of her blond hair and it could be presumed that part of it ended in the baked goods too. I love your business and wish you all the best, but do something about that, it's unhygienic. Edit: After reading your reply I'm kinda heartbroken, I know it's usual in Czechia to not accept any kind of criticism, but this makes it obvious that you just don't care. I saw at least two bakers with long hair, so I hope you at least know who works for you. You don't have to be a factory to be bound by health regulations (see reg. 137/2004), what other regulations are you ignoring? It's a great pity that so many good businesses in Prague are disadvantaged by the unwillingness to care for their clients.

We had a slice of cake with white chocolate and pitaschio (for 75 czk, if I remember correctly). Easily one of the best we have ever had. The base is very moist, while the mid layers strike a balance of sweet, creamy, and nutty. The top is beautifully decorated with sprinkle of nut, berry, and a square of white chocolate. Will come back to try other types.

Best pies in prague! So fresh and tasty. The only problem is if you came late they would be sold out quickly!

These buttery cakes are truly amazing. They’re sold to go only, so make sure to grab enough napkins if you plan to eat them outside, as they can get a little messy. Also, be mindful of the time of day when each batch is ready (8am, 10:50am and 1:50pm). They sell other cakes throughout the day and all of them are delicious, but it’s really worth it to have a fresh warm piece of “the original one” when they are ready. They run out quickly within perhaps an hour and a line often forms when the batch is ready. The line for the last batch tends to be exceptionally long, I just refuse to wait that long, but it’s bearable for the earlier ones if you can make it. Unfortunately, they close very early (at 4pm) and there isn’t enough supply to cover demand for the entire day. I suppose it’s costing them revenue, but they probably don’t mind given how popular they’ve become. They’re also closed for the weekend, except Saturday morning.

You have to stop by and take a bite! Everything they bake is so delicious. Do not be afraid of a long queue outside - it’s worth to wait! I recommend having švestkový koláč and having it with milk. Also don’t forget to get one for your friends! They will love it! One cost 65 CZK and for that quality it’s okay.

Hot tarts out of the oven! That’s how fresh they are! They make traditional Czech tarts, and it seems that some international too. As I walked past I noticed their workshop, saw them kneading dough and lots of freshly baked tarts. Definitely hand-crafted and made with love. I bought one blueberry and one cherry tart. Took them home. Just tried the blueberry and it tastes finger-licking delicious. Not too sweet, just perfect.
