Jednoznacne obrovska spokojenost. Prijemna recepcni i ostatni personál. Krasny pokoj s vysokymi stropy, peknou koupelnou se sprchou tak pro 4 lidi. V restauraci dobre Plzenske a skvela kuchyne. Vse zavrsila moc dobra a bohata snidane. Radi se vratime. ?

Naprostá spokojenost. Výborná kuchyně, vše perfektně čisté a ochotný a velice příjemný personál. Strávili jsme zde velikonoční svátky. ???

Krásný nově zrekonstruovaný zámecký hotel s úžasnou restaurací. Vše na vysoké úrovni, personál vstřícný a ochotný. Děkuji recepční Martině a servírce Kateřině za dokonalý servis.

Super umístění, bydlení přímo v jednom křídle zámku. Hned po vstupu na Vás dýchne příjemná vůně a moderní prostor. Paní na recepci velice příjemná. Pokoje jednoduché, ale čisté a obsahovaly vše, co byla potřeba. Snídaně vynikající v prostorách zámecké restaurace. Velký výběr slané i sladké verze, různé druhy pečiva, ovoce, zelenina. Zkrátka vše, co od hotelové snídaně očekávám. Těším se, až místo navštívím příště. Určitě tedy pobyt zde doporučuji!!!

Vynikající kuchyně a příjemný personál mluví samo za sebe . Já jsem se zde velice dobře naobědval po dopoledních dvou prohlídkách na zámku Valtice a všem mohu tuto restauraci vřele doporučit nejen k hlavnímu menu . Zároveň je zde i hotel což je velká výhoda neboť málo který zámek má tuto možnost být součástí tohoto skvělého areálu v jednom ze dvou bočním křídlel zámku .

Excellent service friendly staff, good food

The location of the hotel and the interior - all absolutely breathtaking. Great food and great service as well as very friendly staff. I hated the website though and the lack of information. There are beautiful photos but you don't find any information on parking your car or where the hotel entrance actually is. Confusing and disappointing to realize on arrival that the hotel does not have reserved guest parking and you have to lug all your luggage all that way up there to actually get inside. I wouldn't mind if the info was available online beforehand.

This hotel is very romantically situated in the left wing of the beautiful Valtice château. This is also the disadvantage of the hotel! There is no possibility to park your car in front of the hotel to unload your suitcases and there is no elevator inside. The nearest parking is paid by the hour and the next free one is a 7 minute walk in-between the local concrete flats. Since the last visit (1997) I've made here a lot has changed. Everything is new and modern refurbished and according to me in a nice style. They could make it a little bit warmer with paintings and some green. Especially on the terrace. But in general is up to the standard. The rooms are also nicely refurbished. Only the beds.... We've ordered a big double bed and ended up with two separate beds put together with a big gab in between. Not ideal. I saw the same kind of beds in other rooms. The next minus is the equipment of the rooms! No hairdryer (probably available at the reception), no other amendments like cleaning tips, shower caps, creams or others. Only soap in a bottle on the wall and a free bottle of water which they didn't refresh the second day. There is no sign of "ecology". So you expect that they simply change your towels. No, they didn't. And they also didn't make up the bed! All in all, not up to the standard of 4 stars. We asked the reception for good food. They really recommended their own restaurant, so we tried it. The menu was very simple with things like schnitzel with potatoes. We tried two starters (Moravian cheese and sausage and the beef tartare) which were pretty good. But for the other evenings we tried some places in town. The beer, wine and coffee was very good. The breakfast was basic and OK. Compared to what you expect it was poor. Than the service and staff. This was great! Friendly, smiling and helpful people. Fitting up to the job of running a hotel on a higher level. Really a pity the it doesn't add up to the hotel itself. We would choose another hotel next time. Pity...
