★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always loved this bakery. But since they started putting higher prices one such a small thing as a bun with cheese and salami, which now cost 43,-!!!!? Shame on you for charging me for the easiest things, which I loved to grab on way when I was in hurry. Not anymore!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best bakeries in Prague. Their bread is delicious and also their pastry is good. I really like that you can sit here and enjoy you breakfast or snack in a nice environment with creative decorations. The coffee is from an automaic coffee machine, so do not expect any barista creations but it is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I've experienced the horrible service in this bakery. I ordered in my not so good czech, but I tried to speak and I understand everything. The woman was very rude, she was loudly saying to her collegue how my pronunciation is bad and aggresivelly immitating my words. I said "potato salad" instead of potato with onion" and she rolled with her eyes, sighed and pointed out what is what. At the end she 'half-throw' my bread on the counter. If anyone who has an access to cameras of today around 6PM you can see her attitude. She ruined my day, I felt really sad and dissapointed by her attitude towards forreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection of pastry and desserts is quite great, my favorite one is a lemon cake (citronovy chlebichek). Drinks aren’t so good, they use basic coffee machine and the result isn’t the best. Service could be better. Even though I order in Czech it still feels like I’m not so welcome in there. (Coffee in the photo is from Mazelab next door - highly recommended).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to say this but we will not come back to AP because today my husband went to get your bagels - he got 6 bagels and the lady at the counter deliberately selected BURNED bagels - all of them! When my husband came home, I looked in the bag and was just amazed really how you can sell something like this?! Imagine how he felt?! It is equivalent to spitting in his face. We had to return all of these bagels back. We wasted our time to show that this is wrong. They refunded us but no apologies at all... The management really needs to fire this person and train the staff well. I am sure you can find decent people who will not sell your customers burned bagels. I am a small business owner myself and I will NEVER EVER do this to my customer. Shame and I hope you guys will step it up. This does not even deserve 1 star.
