Myslím, že peníze, které si účtujete nejsou zrovna malé. Komunikace pouze s koordinátorem a tam končíte. Slušná firma by se snažila se svými klienty věci řešit. For the first time and only a negative experience. Dear company, if you are not able to guarantee the delivery of the result on time, do not offer it. I don't think the money you charge is very small. Communication only with the coordinator and you end there. A decent company would try to solve things with its clients.

A to podotýkám - nikdo tam nebyl a nebyl by problém otestovat příchozí. Trvá to pár minut. Přitom uvádějí, že testují bez objednání!!! NEJHORŠÍ POSKYTOVATEL TESTOVÁNÍ, SE KTERÝM JSEM SE SETKAL!!! VYHNĚTE SE TÉTO SPOLEČNOSTI OBLOUKEM!!! Ani tu jednu hvězdu bych nedal, ale nepustí Vás to ke zveřejnění :-( In Karlovy Vary near Varyáda !!! An empty tent and yet today they refused to test my girlfriend and my friend without prior order !!! And I note this - no one was there and it would not be a problem to test the newcomers. It takes a few minutes. At the same time, they state that they are testing without an order !!! THE WORST TESTING PROVIDER I MEET !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH THE ARC !!! I wouldn't give a single star, but it won't let you publish :-(
A	Anna Gajdosova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost už po čtvrté, porušení GDPR, fiktivní testy a neschopnost otestovat pojištěného člověka! O frontě přede dveřma, navzdory rezervaci se ani nemusím zmiňovat (já byla rezervovaná na 9:15, pani přede mnou na 9:45, ale stejně se jde dle fronty, ne dle rezervace. Ta je naprosto zbytečná, i pro vyplňování údajů (na přepážce všechno vypisují znovu ručně). Když jsem se ptala jak dlouho trvá výsledek antigenu, protože přítel tam byl před hodinou a pořád nemá výsledky, tak mi ukázali jeho údaje v počítači (porušení GDPR!!!). Samozrejme, špatný doručovací email. Tak tam pro jistotu zadali můj e-mail, kde výsledky přišli, ale se špatným jménem, datumem narození a podobně! Po měsíci mi přišli na email znovu výsledky antigenu, na který nikdo z nás nebyl. Teď to završili tím, že mě jako pojištěnou osobu nebyly schopní otestovat, protože jim systém psal, že nemám nárok na bezplatný PCR, i když jsem ten nárok měla (na jiném odběrovém místě mě bez problémů v ten samý den otestovali). Takže hodina v řade naprosto zbytečná. Velice nedoporučuji tohle odběrové místo a pokud by se dalo, tak je klidně i někam nahlásím za tyhle chyby!!! The worst experience for the fourth time, GDPR violations, fictitious tests and the inability to test the insured person! I don't even have to mention the queue in front of the door, despite the reservation (I was booked at 9:15, the lady in front of me at 9:45, but it's still according to the queue, not according to the reservation. When I asked how long the antigen result lasts because my friend was there an hour ago and still doesn't have the results, they showed me his data on the computer (GDPR violation !!!). Of course, bad delivery email. there for sure they entered my e-mail where the results came from, but with the wrong name, date of birth and the like! After a month, I received an email again with the results of an antigen that none of us were up to. Now they ended by not being able to test me as an insured person, because the system told them that I was not entitled to free PCR, even though I was entitled to it (they tested me without problems on the same day at another point). So an hour in a row is completely useless. I highly do not recommend this collection point and if I could, I will report them somewhere for these mistakes !!!

Even though I paid for the PCR test (810 CZK), the nurse was still rude and racist! 1 star out of 5 Update: I took my antigen test today and the staff was super friendly and nice. They talked to me in English and treated me as their customer. 5 stars out of 5 In total 1+5/2= 3
S	Sandra Sola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I’m very sorry to say that the PCR tests (taken in Prague, Polska/Riegrovy Sady) they took of my friends was wrong. When they got a negative result, they took a new antigen test and PCR another place in Prague and it was positive. The antigen test was also positive before they took the PCR at this test location. The nasopharyngeal swab at your location was not done properly. Also the VZP insurance was not accepted at this location (even though the insurance told us that it would be). However, it was accepted by the other place. This means that we lost 810 czk for an invalid result. Also the waiting time for our reserved time was 1 hour outside in the cold weather. I’m not satisfied with this.
