n	nicolas abeles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ warning regarding anytime, i rented a car with the berlin deal, the rent price includes the fuel. on the way back i called the service to get authorization and pin code to fuel, but the card didn’t work, so the Operator asked me to pay with my card, and he promised i will get a refund. now they refuse to pay.. the want to give me only company credit which I don’t need. This is what they wrote me in the email after I told them to look for the phone call recording : “I heard the phone call and our operator said that we will refund it. But, he did not say how we will refund it. So, in this care, we will refund it to your Anytime account”… Terrible attitude and service. Anytime carsharing CZ
S	Serhii Voronov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, but Today I booked the car and the car was not on the place. After calling the support, it turned out that the car was 15km away!!!! When I asked for the voucher (I lost a lot of time and was late for the meeting) they sent me just 50kc (2 euro) which is absolutely unacceptable when just 1 min of the ride costs 9kc.... I mean, of course anything can happen, but the customer support shows huge disrespect to their clients…
A	Ammar Abdulhak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very practical The cars in general is brand new The warning alarms for speed limits and alignment while driving some times is not comfortable but safety first I used this service many times and it looks I ll use it always when I am in prague Best thing is you don’t have to worry about parking You can park the car almost anywhere Thanks for the company Even if you have problem in the car, the company will immediately offer you other car with no additional charge Note: in one of my rides I forgot gps holder and after one weeks called the office and they kept for me to collect from there office Thanks

V	Valentin Scutaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient and friendly car-sharing service, the best in Prague. Many nice hybrid cars (all with AT), cool app. Parking policy is great. Many different tariffs and bonus programs. The service keep adding and changing them (it has both pros and cons), but it's still pretty reasonable price. I had was some technical issues during the year, but customer service is good, too – had been fixing everything almost instantly. I'm using the service for more than a year, several times a week – almost totally satisfied. Strongly recommend.

They say fuel is included and you can conveniently top up the car at OMV gas stations using their customer card that is in every one of their card. You also have to call Anytime support before you can fill your car with gas to get a PIN code from them. I called them, and spent 10 minutes on hold. Got the PIN code, filled up the car and wanted to pay but the card got declined. I called the support again but nobody answered for 10 minutes and I had my daugher sleeping in the car and decided to pay with my debit card. The refused to give me a refund later for the gas I bought with my card. After many emails exchanged with the support they give me bonus points that can be used to rent their car again! LOL :D What a great customer service in 2022! Well done Anytime, well done.
