★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti lidé jsou celkem příjemní a mluví. Za to je ta 1 * fér. Jinak neumí jako "autorizovaný servis" ani objednat náhradní díl k ledničce. V e shopu není. Po telefonu ze zvláštního důvodu díl neobjednali, prý ho "přidali na eshop", že se tam za pár hodin objeví a mám si ho objednat sám. ??? Neobjevil. Po dalším telefonátu stejný postup... Za další den se tam opravdu objevil, hurá! Uvedené dodáni za tři dny. Telefonem mi však bylo sděleno, že to bude 10 dní... Objednal jsem kus značkového plastu za 750 a čekal měsíc. Pak jsem to zrušil, koupil na Amazonu levněji a došlo to za 3 dny. Doporučuji hledat alternativu...
 These people are quite nice and talk. That's 1 * fair. Otherwise, as an "authorized service", they cannot even order a spare part for the refrigerator. Not in the e-shop. For a special reason, they did not order the part over the phone, they allegedly "added it to the e-shop", that it will appear there in a few hours and I have to order it myself. ??? He didn't discover. After another phone call, the same procedure ... The next day he really showed up there, hooray! Listed delivery in three days. However, I was told by phone that it would be 10 days ... I ordered a piece of branded plastic for 750 and waited a month. Then I canceled it, bought it on Amazon cheaper and it happened in 3 days. I recommend looking for an alternative ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to purchase new parts for a gas cooktop and brought them with me to the store. They refused to look at the parts and told me that the only way they would order anything for me was to email them the exact product code and the only way to find it is to remove my oven and look at the bottom of the cook stove. Either the associates there are completely uneducated about Whirlpool parts to be able to look at one and say what it is, or they are only interested in selling you a new product and don’t want to help you replace simple parts to your old one. Unfortunately this is the only official whirlpool partner listed in Prague, so I guess I’m screwed.

Marek, then WHY does whirlpool put the number in such an inaccessible place?! Still it is a poor reflection of your service that you put essential information in an inaccessible place and on top of that you don’t mark the individual parts with their own part numbers and on top of that you don’t teach your staff how to look at a basic part of an appliance and at least make an educated guess what the part is or how it can be replaced.
