★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S MUDr. Jaroslavem Vaňkem mám velmi špatnou zkušenost. Za mě je to zatím nejhorší psychiatr, s jakým jsem se za dlouhé roky setkal. Namísto předepsání receptu mi dal lék ze svého šuplíku, navíc již načatý (!) a bez příbalové informace. S tím, že jej mám brát. Přestože jsem Dr. Vaňkovi sdělil, že jsem extrémně citlivý pacient a dal jsem mu i soupis veškeré předchozí medikace, tak podle mého názoru předepisuje léky zcela bez rozmyslu, jako by to byly neškodné lentilky. Při mé druhé návštěvě v jeho ordinaci zaznělo toto: "Dnes úplně vysaďte ten lék, co berete už deset let (Mirtazapin), a zítra věčer už si vezmete tohle Trittico." Dal mi Trittico v tak vysoké dávce (navíc ve verzi Prolong), že mi po necelém týdnu vyvolalo 17hodinový Priapismus, s následným velmi bolestivým chirurgickým zákrokem v Motole. Za mě doktora Vaňka rozhodně nedoporučuji! J.K.

Instead of prescribing a prescription, he gave me medicine from his drawer, moreover already started (!) And without the package leaflet. With the fact that I should take it. Although I am Dr. He told Vanek that I was an extremely sensitive patient and I also gave him a list of all previous medications, so in my opinion he prescribes drugs completely without thinking, as if they were harmless lentils. On my second visit to his office, it was: "Stop taking the medicine you have been taking for ten years today (Mirtazapine) completely, and you will take this Trittico tomorrow night." He gave me Trittico in such a high dose (plus in the Prolong version) that after less than a week it caused me a 17-hour Priapism, followed by a very painful surgery in Motol. I definitely do not recommend Dr. Vanek for me! J.K.
