★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed, doctors made me fill out a long form detailing my life history, that took hours to finish, so before I came in they would have an idea of what's up with me. I saw two therapists and neither of them had read it before my appointment, and neither seemed very compatible to me either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the neurology department got closed in Na Františku Hospital, I started to visit mine neurologist here. Nice environment and pleasant atmosphere. I like notifications few days ago, before my scheduled visit. Thanks ;-)

BUT the terrible woman on the reception can easily be the whole reason to start seeing a therapist. she is a quintessence of Czech national bigotry, lack of compassion and underdeveloped village mentality. she will simply DROP THE PHONE if you will dare to speak with her in English (even tho the clinic gives services in English). She consequently dropped the phone on me for 5 times. When I called the number of the pharmacy that has a spare door with this reception, the pharmacist told me "that they know that she is difficult". This is incredible that it is normal for everybody that she is difficult. I want to remind that we are still speaking about the psychiatric clinic. I spoke with everyone I could about this indecent, however this rudest person on earth is still working on the reception of this clinic. I beg anyone who is in position from the side of INEP to fire this vile woman or at least isolate her from working with your clients. I know that this is Czech Republic, but everything should have it's limits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was seeing MuDr. Fialkovíčová for several months to manage my ADHD. She was fine, however the process of her leaving has left a sour taste in my mouth. I arrived to the clinic a few days ago for my appointment, only to be told she had quit several weeks before.
I received no warning about this before, and considering how long it takes to get into an appointment with a psychiatrist, for some patients this could be cruel. I am only on ADHD medication so I can "survive" without, but imagine patients that need antidepressants or other medications and needs?
I am extra disappointed because she was unable to attend our last appointment as well since she was sick. It sounded to me like she left rather quickly, so this is not all on the clinic, but the doctor as well. An email, a call, a text, any kind of communication from either the doctor or clinic would have been lovely.
Otherwise generally the operations here are nice, English/Czech speaking reception, a variety of doctors and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being located in an old building, the institute looks very modern and is surprisingly easy to navigate. The medical staff are very professional and nice. As of February 2022 they also offer reservation based vaccination against COVID-19.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to INEP seeking a diagnosis of ADHD but the psychologist, Dr. Smotek insisted on focusing on issues from my past that had nothing to do with the current issues I was asking about and ended up misdiagnosing me with something I wasn't seeking treatment for. I think that if I wasn't a woman I wouldn't have been treated as having "emotional issues," and would have gotten more support for my issues of concentration and memory. I'm very disappointed in my experience here.
When I tried to discuss my concerns, I was dismissed, no one bothered to ask about my experience with Dr. Smotek and I was told that INEP couldn't be wrong because INEP is the "best." The arrogance of the people running the clinic is obvious in the reply below, which was copy pasted practically from the email they sent me. I've had much better care in other places in Prague, who confirmed I had been misdiagnosed and helped me with my ADHD.
