Vždy v pořádku.
Nedávno i přes výzvu k odběru nebylo zboží připraveno. Nicméně šikovný prodavač jej našel ve skladu a mne tak zachránil.
Zboží sem potřeboval v následujících dnech montovat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mají úplně všechno, extra profi obchod. Škoda, že obsluha musí chodit přes půl krámu do tiskárny pro faktury a zase zpět. V rámci tělesné přípravy dobrý, ale dělat bych tam nechtěl.
They have absolutely everything, an extra professional shop. Too bad the staff has to go over half the shop to the invoice printer and back again. Good for physical training, but I wouldn't want to do there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Této pobočce se obloukem vyhněte, nedodržují pracovní dobu,ušetříte si zbytečnou cestu.
V pátek v 16:00 kdy mají mít do 18 a v sobotu ve 12:00 na prodejně nikdo nebyl.
edit: byl jsem u správných dveří, objednávka vyzvednuta až na 3. pokus. Navíc při druhém neúspěšném pokusu se na prodejnu nedovolala ani operátorka na informační lince KV elektro. Náš hovor ukončila slovy "má být otevřeno, nemohu se tam dovolat. omlouvám se, ale více pro vás nemohu udělat."
Avoid this branch with an arch, they do not observe working hours, you will save an unnecessary trip.
There was no one at the store on Friday at 16:00 when they should have it by 6 pm and on Saturday at 12:00.
edit: I was at the right door, the order was picked up on the 3rd attempt. In addition, the operator of the KV elektro information line did not call the store during the second unsuccessful attempt. She ended our call with the words "it's supposed to be open, I can't call there. I'm sorry, but I can't do more for you."
