★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem mamince řetízek z bílého zlata po 3 týdnech se roztrhl (upadlo jedno očko před zapínáním) proběhla reklamace na prodejně a po obdržené sms ze je řetízek opravený nastalo zklamání, pani prodavačka řekla ze nejde opravit a že pro firmu je lepší když si zákazník vybere něco jiného v cenně nebo dražšího..pochopitelně ale že ve zlatnictví to určitě opraví..
Na další reklamaci nemáte nárok jelikož už jedna “proběhla” tím stylem ze vlastně vůbec nic neudělali takže na produkt v záruce se žádná záruka nevztahuje a úhradu u zlatníka si zaplatíte samy.
 I bought my mother a white gold chain after 3 weeks it tore (one eyelet fell before switching on) there was a complaint at the store and after receiving the SMS that the chain was repaired there was disappointment, the saleswoman said that it could not be repaired and that it was better for the company if the customer chooses something else in value or more expensive..understandably, but that in goldsmithing will definitely fix it ..
You are not entitled to another complaint because one has already "taken place" in that style, they have actually done nothing at all, so there is no warranty on the product under warranty and you will pay the goldsmith yourself.
