H	Hhlliiaass Hli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location , 300m from the metro station. Super clean, staff always friendly and smiling. Rooms big, quiet and with many sockets. Breakfast is a must. Elevator ... ok. Will come again!

Bus and metro station are in that, one of main Street. If you looking for nice, peaceful place in Prague, this is one of them. Neither too cheap nor too expensive. We have great time in that gorgeus city. We will be back.

Have to say that the location is great: super easy to travel all around Prague with the public transport and even to go to/from the airport. The hotel itself in terms of staff is great. The rooms not so much: would really need either proper maintenance or a heavy renovation in order to be rated as good. Cleaning as well could be better: the room's carpets could help an additional vacuuming or even whole replacement. Breakfast is good although the choice of food/drinks is not much. All in all it is a good deal for your money but could do much better.

Friendly and helpful staff tried their best to please lease guests, met a perfect Georgian gentleman who was working there, named Soso with great sense of humour. Room was clean and tidy, overall hotel highly recommended.

BUT: The blonde receptionist who wears glasses is the most unfriendly person I have ever met in my whole life and she never stops causing disgusting emotions every time she can. Example: I've rent the the room for one month, the first day Alexandra told me that I could use the kitchen, today I ask for the kitchen keys to this receptionist and she answers so BAD and told me that she doesn't want to give me the keys. She has been the ONLY person of the hotel workers who is absolutely unfriendly and who says NO to give me the keys. Seriously: I have rent this room for ONE MONTH, obviously I NEED the kitchen. WORST SERVICE EVER.
A	Andre Rheeder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 nights. The staff are friendly and helpful but I am little disappointed with the facilities in the room. They mentioned on the website there are a kettle and kitchen facilities but we only had a microwave. No cups, no kettle, no spoons so we could not do anything with the microwave anyway. The location is good and the rooms are big but they have the worst pillows ever. Some work will improve this place a lot. Also the breakfast is very limited.
G	Guy Kraintz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room that I got was really small and old. In 6:00 in the morning some factory started making noises so I couldn't sleep ( it was on Sunday morning 6:00!) No air conditioner so you can't close the window... All in all very strange hotel.. would stay there only if you really need to save money...
M	Mahssa Mohegh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I should say that I like my stay because of the ambience of the hotel, and how old it was. There were three different rooms as lobby, like old living rooms. There was an electric kettle and a microwave oven anyone could use in the lobby. The breakfast rooms were also nicely decorated, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located in a street with many shops with local brands which have reasonable price, and a tram stop is just nearby. My room was so small, and the internet quality was so bad that I used my mobile data all time.And my mattress was so loose I could not sleep properly.
