★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hosts. Great location with very easy access to the tram. A few minutes to the center and the main sights with the tram. Very clean room and brand new bathroom. And although the hairdryer was not included in facilities, we got one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, centre is walkable and public transport close by. Great price. Room was clean but not the nicest. Bathroom was clean, fresh, looked new. Everything worked well. Perfect if only staying just one or a few nights. Beds not the comfiest. Got a bit hot. Wouldn't recommend for a week-ish stay probably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location (tram station nearby or a 15min walk to the Old Town), there are a few pubs around and Albert market 5 min down street. Room with bathroom + small kitchen is clean. The contact with the owner is good. The place is not quiet thouh. You can hear everything through the walls so it is quite inconvenient to have a good sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, five minutes from tram stop. Small corner store just outside the door for groceries. Room is small but comfortable, everything in working order. There was an issue with damp walls, and the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom. Would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Flat looked convenient and well-located... But first, TV and wifi were both not working. Second, it was dirty : when we arrived, the dustbin hadn't been emptied from previous guests and the fridge was full of dirt and liquid stains. But the worst issue we've had was hot water not available... We stayed 4 days and had hot water only one day. We had to take freezing (that's the word) showers the rest of the time. Result : my wife got sick... We tried to contact the landlord by phone but the only answer we eventually got was a WhatsApp message saying the problem would be fixed "within the day". Well, it hasn't been fixed : we stayed with freezing water and no attention or care from the landlord until the end. Awful customer's service and care. I definitely do not recommend this so-called hotel. Shameful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and toilets were stinky and room looks way worse than on bockig.com. The woman from budget apartments showed up 20 minutes late and had no clue which of the 20 Keys was the right one so it took a long time to check in. I cannot recommend this place. Heater is not working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were accomodated to an apartment, where no hot water and heating was working. When we called the person who manages the property, she was lying and told us there is an accident and plumber is going to fix it, and he is now fixing lower floors. It was just a lie! In front of the building we later found an announcement about gas shut down for more days. It was not planned to be fixed during our stay- Manager never planned to tell us about it. We had to cancel our stay by booking customer service and run away. If we had not found the paper about gus shut down for more days and would have trusted manager that problem will be fixed- we would pay for stay with no hot water and heating. Terrible customer approach. Do not book if you want to avoid such unpleasant situations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are sooooooo good. But not having a reception make it little confusing. You can reach them by phone and they try to help ASAP but still it's a little messy cause if you arrive from far away then need to wait in the street till they arrive after reach them after 3 tries....
Need to add too the room they clean it like 1-2 times at week only. Probably they should improve a little that too.
But in general the room is amazing and once you reach them they are pretty lovely
