p	papichulo110029 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room was clean, bed comfy, breakfast hot, and I made it out of CZ with all my organs! 4 stars because the hotel receptionist was a bit cold in customer service. Not a bad place if you're looking for clean/safe lodging. Price is reasonable.
C	Christine Raemaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a spacious corner family room with two queen beds, separate toilet & bathroom . No air conditioning but windows on three sides to open. Hotel Victoria also provided us with fans as on arrival it was 38°. All the staff were very welcoming & went the extra mile for us. There is a lobby area you can unwind in after a long day and a restaurant bar attached. Huge selection for breakfast. Every type of cereal imaginable, yoghurts, good selection of cheeses, salami, fresh fruit, pastries and also a cooked breakfast selection of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, potatoes & baked beans.

Breakfast was okay, but not many vegetarian or vegan options. 24 hour desk person was a nice feature. We were able to book a room with 3 beds which was nice.
B	Brian Clews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly out of town but within 5-10 minutes travel by tram (15 or 26.). Cost was 110 CHK Crowns once purchased and stamped on-board are valid for 24hrs. The hotel itself was clean and spacious with helpful staff. Breakfast varied and plentiful, with only one issue, the weekend seems very busy with everyone wishing to eat at the same time, which left a few guests standing or going away and trying again later on. But please don't let this one inconvenience put you off.
M	Myroessa Metaxa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars means perfection and this little hotel in the heart of the 3d district in Prague really was perfect. To start from the end the staff was so kind to surprise me with a bottle of wine, cake and the sweetest birthday card - the night before my birthday because we were checking out on the actual day. The simple but elegantly renovated room was spacious and well laid out. Everything was spotless clean. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the urban side of the city. It’s a 20’ tran ride to the old town but if Prague for you is the castle, the bridge and the bustling cobblestone streets you should look for accommodation in the 1st district.

Very clean and medium sized rooms. Good breakfast. Staff is very friendly. Location suits perfect for a weekend trip to Prague. Straight 5 star rating.

When I arrived we were told by the Kazakh receptionist that we could recover our nights at a later date, "no problem". After we had to depart in a rush as the border had closed, she told us that we could not recover anything! "Too bad". These people tricked me into checking in, albeit they were aware their country was closing up. They should had provided me a refund for the nights I didn't stay at their venue, or at least allowed me use them up later. I just contacted them for the latter, however, there was no response on their side.
