Not what we had signed up for, don’t be fooled by the pictures, our room was four single beds in one room with very dated if any decoration! (Sorry didn’t get any pictures). The ‘Hotel’ which is really more like a Hostel is split across several buildings. Our four storey building had no lift, our room stunk of cigarette smoke, was as basic as it comes and the windows didn’t shut properly. We felt insecure. The staff are also rude, it maybe their nature but very abrupt, no greetings, no smiles. On our last day the cleaners tried to enter before we left, on stopping them they decide to sit on the floor outside of our room. The only reason I give 1 star is the cost, Cheap as Chips!! O and it is surrounded by some good bars!!

Get what you pay for. Firstly we got charged an extra 230ck upon arrival for city tax which is not mentioned at all upon booking. We stayed here for 4 nights and our sheets were not changed once. The first night we came the sheets were covered in hairs and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The room was very minimalistic and basic but the bathroom was ok, the only problem was that the water would go down the plug very slowly so you could only stay in there for a certain amount of time or else it would flood. Didn’t bother eating there at any point as we would rather have gone out and eaten at somewhere worth our time. Prague is a beautiful and historical city but if you’re looking to stay someone just don’t let it be this hotel.

Waited at the door for an hour. No response from reception. Had to book a different hotel last minute due to the mismanagement of this hotel. The building is beautiful however, and aside from the fact I couldn’t actually stay there and lost quite a lot of money booking a new hotel, it was nicely located near a tram stop about 15 mins from Charles Bridge.

Not much of a room. But what do you expect for 100 euros for 4 days with 2 persons. The toilet was gross when we came there. They immediately fixed it and cleaned it. It smelled like tobacco, opening a window and letting it air out was good enough.

Very, very noisy !!! You hear everything what the other people chatting. The rooms not cleaned. I recommend only if there is nothing available in the city to stay and just for 1 day maybe max 2 days.

For this price you will able to find anything much better. Old, partially destroyed furniture. Pillows and duvets are black of dirty under cover. No service at all. Reception will work only if you call them (95% of working time is nobody on the reception). One thing is good is location, no more
