★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice atmosphere. Quiet surrounding. Close to the Old Town - 20 minutes by foot. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfasts and Americano Coffee. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful building with every amenity available now or soon to come. Rooms were spacious and high tech including bathrooms which included a high tech shower. The desk had many ports suitable for serious work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first room here had a broken tub and a broken heater at the end of December. The shower worked okay with only lukewarm water. When the staff member came to check on the heater his first sentence is "it's not cold in here". After the inspection they moved us to a new room.
Our second room had a dirty moldy shower, and a leaky toilet. Once again the same guy shows up to see the shower and says, "that's not mold". Then next day apologies replaces the curtain and blames the cleaning lady.
It's not my job to tell you what's wrong with your hotel. 1 star for you, I'd give you less if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrive late, concierge was asleep. The whole hotel smelled like dark beer. Had someone just smashed a case in the hallway/reception?
Inquired about parking, concierge asked me to drive the other guests cars out of the small parking lot so I could get my car in because he wasn't a confident driver and didn't feel like he could do it himself. Hesitated leaving my keys with him.
Woke up, tried to have a shower but nothing but a brown trickle was coming out. Called front desk, water was broken, no water for a couple of hours. No shower for me.
Went down to have breakfast, old dried up dark brown bread, cold sausages (that were once warm), boiled eggs, shitty coffee and cheap juice. Thanks.
I would change hotels if this wasn't such a short stay. How does this place have such a high rating?

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Great location, lots of slow food restaurants around.
Good breakfast and awesome cappuccino.
Looking forward to my next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel for less money. Room are clean and so comfortable and with constantly floor heating. I was feeling well in this winter time. Breakfast is good, rich table, and I need to say that I am fun of coffee and this hotel have one of the best coffee's in Prague. It's just 10 minutes walking distance from center of Prague. Crew are really nice and kind. I was have chance to meet lady from reception Marijana, who is great worker, I was need little help and she know everything around.
