Cheap markets around where i cam get everything
On the old town part of river with 30 mins walk to old town also there is a 2 mins metro station near by.
Shared bathroom though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 28 EURO per double room you receive a unique chance to live in Charles University's dormitory with not so good conditions, unfriendly staff and absence of normal Wi-Fi. Location is fine. There is a beautiful park nerby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very bad service. The guy at the reception didn't dare to look us in the eyes and it seemed like he'd forgotten to smile. We knew this was just a cheap place to sleep but we were so so happy we had only booked one night. The curtains were falling down, we had ants walking through our room and I've included a picture of what we found behind the bed.
I think sleeping in the park would have been a better option...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relatively clean, efficiently run and rooms were just about comfortable enough. Hostel is a good 45 minute walk from the old town so very far out and is completely lacking in character or atmosphere. Very basic facilities, no air con, no communal area, staff aren't particularly friendly and the building is overall dark and miserable. Tolerable but would never recommend to other travellers (there were 3 of us in a triple room, we stayed for 3 nights). There are much nicer hostels closer to the old town for the same price or cheaper.
TLDR: functional, soulless, slightly depressing.
