★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed by the service. One of the receptionists (the short-haired one) was arrogant, unfriendly, and sightly disturbed by us (about this receptionist, I really want to give -10 stars). The room and the bathroom were dirty. The lights went off when we turned on the stove and when we told that problem to the staff, nobody fixed it. Also, the room had nothing to do with the one shown at Airbnb.
I will give two stars only for the location, the price and also for one of the receptionists (the long-haired girl).
Not recommending this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel to which I would come back to. When booking in airbnb, had to pay a small tax not specified in the bnb and deposit was 40€, got it back without trouble. I would recommend this place for its location, the cleanliness of the room and the water pressure ahah. Pillows are nothing close to comfy though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel in the world! It's full of bed bugs everywhere! Look at the bad reviews, there have been bed bugs in this hotel for over 1 year and nothing is being done!! At the end you don't even return the deposit! Do yourself a favor and under no circumstances enter this hotel!!!!!

The front desk only opens till 7 pm, which can be somehow inconvenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room with lots of sunlight, has its own kitchenette and a big bathroom as well, the twin bed was annoying though, it kept wheeling away and leaving a gap between the beds... the staff were nice and the check-in/out went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel. Huge and clean rooms. Washrooms are updated. Staff are friendly. Close to the metro and tourist sites. Unfortunately they don’t have reception after 1900 but they made sure I’d be able to get in to my room since I check in after their reception closes. Thanks for the wonderful stay. You might need to update your location on Google map because you’re on the wrong location of the block on google map.
