Telefonní číslo nefunguje, tak jsem psala mail, když jsem poslala číslo zakázky, nepřišla mi žádná odpověď, ale po pár dnech SMS, že moje zakázka je vyřízená. Chtělo by to tedy zapracovat na zákaznickém. Servisu a neslibovat, co nemůžou splnit. I had my pants shortened here. Performing well, but I was told that the next Wednesday someone will contact me. Nothing. The phone number does not work, so I wrote an email when I sent the order number, I did not receive any reply, but after a few days of SMS that my order is done. So it would work on the customer. Servicing and not promising what they can't meet.
L	Lam Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozbil se mi zip u batohu. V krejčovství na Budějovické mi to neopravili. Donesl jsem to tedy sem ve čtvrtek a v pondělí odpoledne už to bylo opravené. Jednalo se o výměnu zapínání zipu za nové. Vše dobře funguje a celkově práce stála 380 Kč. Pozor: nedá se platit kartou! My zipper broke. They didn't fix it for me at the tailor's shop in Budějovická. So I brought it here on Thursday and it was already fixed on Monday afternoon. It was a replacement of the zipper closure with a new one. Everything works well and the total work cost 380 CZK. Attention: it is not possible to pay by card!
T	Tomáš P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi budu první člověk se špatnou recenzí, nicméně někdo musí být první. Zanesl jsem na opravu mokasíny, u kterých se mi propadla podešev a vysypalo se půdování. Vše se vyřešilo připevněním podrážky (díky bohu bez použití skobiček) a já byl spokojen, tudíž jsem se rozhodl přinést i další zakázku se stejným defektem. V tomto případě se vše vyřešilo stejným způsobem, ale po týdnu podrážka v poškozeném místě praskla a já zjistil, že celá oprava spočívala jen v nalepení podrážky a duté místo nebylo vyplněno, tudíž bylo prasknutí podrážky jen otázkou času. Když jsem to šel řešit, tak mi bylo jen řečeno, že to se už nevyplatí opravovat (což byla v danou chvíli už pravda) a "ať to nějak donosím v době kdy neprší". Za tohle řešení reklamace dostávají 2 hvězdičky místo 3. Poučením pro příště je vyhledat si ševce, který všechny opravy provádí sám, protože očividně každou opravu prováděl někdo jiný a kvalita se drasticky snížila. Everything was solved by attaching the outsole (thank god without using staples) and I was satisfied, so I decided to bring another job with the same puncture. In this case, everything was resolved in the same way, but after a week the sole in the damaged spot ruptured and I found that the whole repair consisted only of sticking the sole and the hollow spot was not filled, so breaking the sole was just a matter of time. When I went to solve it, I was just told that it is not worth repairing (which was already true at the moment) and "let me somehow bring it when it rains". For this solution complaints get 2 stars instead of 3. The lesson for the next time is to find a shoemaker who does all the repairs himself, because obviously each repair was done by someone else and the quality has drastically decreased.
J	Jan Klasterka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pana Ondráčka znám přes 20 let a celou dobu mi skvěle spravuje civilní i taneční boty. Vynikající přístup a ochota. Co ale nelze spravit, to nevezme. I have known Mr. Ondráček for over 20 years and he has managed both civilian and dance shoes perfectly. Excellent attitude and helpfulness. But what cannot be corrected does not take it.

Když jsem se stavil několikrát osobně, byl jsem vždy ujišťován, že se mi někdo obratem ozve telefonicky, abychom se domluvili na způsobu opravy a že oprava bude do týdne. Následovalo pokaždé ticho po pěšině. Po 2 měsících jsem si šel bundu vyzvednout a ve výsledku jsem byl rád, že s ní nic neudělali a nezničili jí. Při vyzvednutí ani náznak omluvy, prý to švadlena asi prostě vzdala. To se stává. Nakonec mi sami doporučili opravnu za rohem ve Školské. After 2 months, they didn't bother to start repairing the jacket or inform me in any way. When I stopped in person several times, I was always reassured that someone would call me immediately to agree on the method of repair and that the repair would be within a week. There was always silence on the path. After 2 months I went to pick up my jacket and as a result I was glad that they didn't do anything with it and destroy it. When she picked up even a hint of an apology, the seamstress probably just gave up. It happens. In the end, they themselves recommended a repair shop around the corner in Školská.
A	A Dwarf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable that guys liks this still exist in Prague. Two extremely capable young'ish men that can do any repair. Literally, any repair. Recommended by a friend who owns a few leather shops, we took my girlfriend's two very posh, very expensive leather purses there, as well as a cheapo belt with bonded leather backing. They had great ideas about how to fix the purses, were happy to fix the cheapo bill. "725 crowns and it will be ready in 1 week.' Incredible service, smart, efficient, and worth at least 5x (maybe 10x) what they're charging. (I hope they raise prices soon...) Highly recommended
