Went to get the heel replaced on my leather boots, when I came to pick them up they were thrown in a basket with a bunch of other shoes so it took some time to find them. In addition, the new heel is now too high and makes walking in the shoes uncomfortable, and the glue is visible around the heel.
N	N S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! I left a few items and they all were returned to me in a worse condition because they were tossed around. The job was so poorly done, I was speechless and the owner as I suppose was so aggressive that I couldn’t even say a word. Waiting time was awful and where the actual repair (not just cleaning) was necessary (which I showed and explained on the spot) wasn’t even done (they did it when I was picking up my items, and there are now spots of glue which are like dirty spots). The owner is very passive aggressive and I couldn’t even say anything. There’s a reason why they charge BEFORE the job is done. I recommend only one thing - stay away from this place. P.S. I would like to ask the owner NOT to reply to my review with any aggressive comments. I left this review not for you because you seem to treat unhappy customers very poorly, but for future clients who “buy” your Instagram advertisement.

Particles of glue all over the toe, the shape of the toes is absolutely ruined. Right and left don't even look the same anymore. I have also payed 500 crowns for this poor job in advance, which is completely overpriced. Stay away from this place.

I took two pairs of shoes for a repair, the first pair were worn once and both soles fell off, only held on by strands of glue. The second pair had cracks to the heel and not secured properly. I returned them for a second repair, no cost as this seemed to be a regular occurrence. I collected them today, one pair ok, but lets see if soles fall off again and the other pair still had cracks where the heels were. They had also replaced the whole sole,which is now a totally different colour and basically ruined the shoe with a very dark sole going into light coloured leather. I highly recommend NOT going here as the absolute worst.

Especially if you have expensive shoes that you've paid 600+ Euros a pair these guys are experts on taking care of your precious leather goods. I believe they can even make you custom shoes from their sheets of leather. Their service is top quality so the prices for their service is proportional, but you get what you pay for... ;)

I have a question: "why pay 500, saying that you will replace the skin, and in the end, just smeared with grease, which from twice wearing, cracked"? I can bring you shoes so you can put them on display and people will see what wonderful materials and workers you have ?! ? ?The work does not match the price + cheating with work. The master said that you need to change the lower part of the skin and the price of 500 said. I believed and paid. Taking away the shoes, I saw that the leather was not replaced, but only smeared where it was broken. Therefore, in words they can not be trusted and there is nothing to pay for 500. I do not recommend !!!?
