M	Mi. V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechal jsem si opravit dvoje boty, a vůbec jsem nebyl spokojen. V nově podražených botách se mi chodí špatně, protože původní podrážku křivě zbrousili. Sandály na sešití patního pásku - dohodli jsme se, že preventivně sešijí obě boty ale sešili jen jednu (každá strana jinou barvou nitě) , samozřejmě placeno předem. Je to vrchol amatérismu a kašlání na zákazníka. Navíc se tam člověk domluví líp rusky než česky. Nedoporučuji. Osobně už tam nejdu, ani kvůli reklamaci, to mi za ten vyplýtvaný čas nestojí. I had two shoes repaired and I was not satisfied at all. In my newly tripped shoes, I feel bad because the original shoe has been abraded. Heel stitching sandals - we agreed to preventively stitch both shoes but stitched only one (each side with a different color of thread), of course paid in advance. It's the peak of amateurism and coughing at the customer. In addition, one speaks Russian better than Czech. Not recommended. Personally, I don't go there anymore, not even because of a complaint, it's not worth the wasted time.

Vzhledem k tomu že ani cenově to nebylo nad míru, dávám palec nahoru a doporučují. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work done. Damaged dog shoes were repaired to number one! Since even the price was not above measure, I give a thumbs up and recommend.

Paní s východním přízvukem byla milá, boty byly hotové za 3 dny, jak bylo slíbeno. Oprava v dobré kvalitě a za normální cenu, nezaznamenal jsem žádné problémy uváděné v jiných recenzích. My experience is very good. Without prior agreement I came with two pairs of older shoes for repair. The eastern accent was nice, the shoes were ready in 3 days as promised. Correction in good quality and normal price, I did not notice any issues reported in other reviews.

K	Kaylee Littleton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I have no idea what I paid 1500 CZK for... I brought in 2 handbags and a pair of shoes to be cleaned. None are clean and their excuse is that they "only clean leather" which I guess is supposed to taken in the most literal sense possible, as apparently they do not clean the rubber soles of shoes, shoe interiors, handbag interiors, or any metal bits, zippers, etc. It's also a total lie because their website says differently, hence why I even brought my stuff in to begin with. They seem to have arbitrarily picked a few spots on my handbags to paint over, while leaving others. Bags interiors are still grimey and metal clasp is still sticky. An absolute joke and waste of money. Could have wiped the exteriors clean myself and would have had the same result. My fault for having any faith in the customer service in this city.
