Accommodation is located in an absolutely stunning garden. Apartment spotless, fragrant and equipped. Lady is very nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartany se nachazi v klidne casti Ceskych Budejovic. Sousedi s domem, ve kterem bydli pani domaci. Pristup k apartmanum neni z ulice Jana Milice, jak se na prvni pohled muze zdat, ale z ulice Bohuslava Martinu. Apartmany jsou zde dva, kazdy je v samostatnem vchodu s vlastnim posezenim. Majitelka je velice komunikativni a vysla nam v nasich pozadavcich vstric. Dispozicne je apartman maly, ale je zde vse potrebne. K uzivani jsme meli nekolik uterek na nadobi a nebyl problem ani s rucniky, kterych bylo dostatek, skoda jen, ze uz castym pranim ztatily svou hebkost. V kuchynce bylo mozne pouzit zakladni druhy koreni, cukr, mouky, olej s octem, ruzne druhy caju a kavy, smetanky, ubrousky a papirove uterky. Priste bysme si snad prali mit jen vice soukromi, kdyz jsme se na zahradce potkavali s rodinou majitelky, kdyz se o zahradu starala, ale vzhledem k tomu, ze zahradka byla udrzovana, tak bez lidi by to ani neslo.
The apartments are located in a quiet part of Cesky Budejovice. Neighbors to the house where the hostess lived. Access to the apartments is not from Jana Milice Street, as it may seem at first glance, but from Bohuslav Martin Street. There are two apartments, each in a separate entrance with its own sitting area. The owner is very communicative and sent us our requests. The layout of the apartment is small, but everything is needed here. We had a few towels on the table to use, and there was no problem with the towels, of which there were enough, it's just a pity that they lost their softness with frequent washing. In the kitchen it was possible to use basic types of spices, sugar, flour, oil with vinegar, various types of tea and coffee, creams, napkins and paper towels. We would probably only wish to have more privacy when we met the owner's family in the garden, when she took care of the garden, but since the garden was maintained, it would not be possible without people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak toto je skutočne útulné, tiché a veľmi čisté miesto na ubytovanie. Pani domáca je veľmi milá, starostlivá a ochotná. Apartmán je neďaleko zastávky MHD, centrum je " na skok ". Rád sa vrátim. Ubytovanie rozhodne odporúčam.
So this is a really cozy, quiet and very clean place to stay. The landlady is very kind, caring and willing. The apartment is near the bus stop, the center is "to jump". I'll be happy to come back. I highly recommend accommodation.
