R	Roman Soudný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím pochválit přístup pana Doležala. Prosili jsme s manželkou o doporučení co v okolí podniknout a vyhověl nám na 120% ..Moc jsme si pobyt i vše okolo nej užili. Věřím , že se brzo vrátíme. Dekuju a doporučuji. I must praise Mr Doležal's approach. My wife and I asked for a recommendation on what to do in the area and he satisfied us with 120% .. We really enjoyed our stay and everything around it. I believe we will be back soon. Thank you and I recommend.
T	Tereza Spurná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla účtována vyšší cena, než jaká byla domluvena. V pokoji se nenacházela inzerovaná varná konvice ani wifi. Pokoj byl zatuchlý a nasáklý pachem cigaret. Koupelna čpěla nemytou záchodovou mísou, na umyvadle i sprchovém koutě byly černé plísně i vousy asi předchozího nájemce. V první noc ubytování byl vykraden jiný pokoj na patře. Zabezpečení minimální - pouze jeden západ běžného zámku. Jako kladné hodnotím čisté lůžkoviny a ručníky. Celkově bohužel velmi nedoporučuji - ubytování je nedůstojné a neodpovídá ceně. The bathroom was full of unwashed toilet bowl, the sink and shower had black mold and the beard of a previous tenant. On the first night of accommodation, another room on the floor was robbed. Security minimal - only one west of a normal lock. They consider clean bed linen and towels to be positive. Overall, unfortunately, I do not highly recommend - the accommodation is undignified and does not match the price.

Touto cestou bych chtěl pension doporučit všem, co hledají ubytování za rozumné peníze v centru města. The owner advised us and selected the best places to visit in České Budějovice and its surroundings. He was very willing when I was surprised. J	Jaroslav Doležal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po příjezdu do penzionu dám jako majitel klientovi dostatečný čas na prohlídku ubytovacího prostoru (cca 15 minut). V této době se zájemce rozhodne zda mu ubytování bude vyhovovat a zaplatí pobyt. Nikdy nikoho nenutím, aby zůstal na ubytování a ani by se nikdo nutit nenechal. U každého klienta je to jeho vlastní svobodná vůle, zda zůstane či nikoli. V cca 100000 městě je řada jiných ubytovacích kapacit. Pokud by byla pravda co paní Bohdanská popisuje, musela by být zmatenost na její straně. Nikdo si v dnešní době nevybere dobrovolně to co mu z hygienických důvodů nevyhovuje. Pokud trvá na popisovaném stavu, tak to určitě nebylo při příchodu (to by se neubytovala), ale při jejím odchodu z penzionu. Platící zákazník po sobě nikdy neuklízí, každý si chce za své peníze jen užít. Co se týče rozboru do desátého kolena: to pramení z toho, že chtějí klienti vysvětlit jak se kam dostat. Pokud je podrobné vysvětlování unavuje stačí si koupit GPS a vyhledat si své body zájmů a nemusí se snášet kritika na toho kdo chce pomoci a vše podrobně vysvětlit. Stačí říci spěchám a přátelský hovor bude okamžitě ukončen. Podnikám již 20 let a pokud by bylo vše pravda co "nezaujatí klienti" popisují, již dávno bych nepodnikal. Je proto velmi zajímavé, že mám klienty, kteří se ke mně stále vrací a prosperuji. Doležal. m	marie Kubná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejde dát bez hvězdy, Tak tedy jedna za čisté povlečení. Ubytování v Č. Budějovicích pro návštěvu byla hotová ostuda. Pokoje v penzionu i přes včasnou rezervaci, byli zřejmě obsazeny jinými hosty. Bylo nám zděleno, že je to běžné. Ubytování bylo u nějaké paní v rodinném domku. Kde byl pokoj s prosklenými dveřmi, společnou koupelnou a toaletou. Pokoj byl vybaven dvěma starými válendami na nožičkách, na nich nějaká matrace. povlečení čisté. V pokoji prasklá zeď. Největší hláška, byla když paní domu pronesla větu, že spí hned vedle a všechno slyší. Nedoporučuji... It is not possible to give without a star, so one for clean sheets. Accommodation in Č. K	Kateřina Soudná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím se podělit o svou zkušenost.. z počátku jsem se obávala jestli vše bude takové jak se zdá vzhledem k ceně a umístění penzionu- velice příznivá cena a v centru města!! A musím říct, že jsem byla stoprocentně spokojená. Pan majitel je ochotný,pokoje útulný a co musím vytknout je cistota a to především v koupelně. To jsem byla obzvlášť nadšená. Takže doporučuji všemi deseti. I have to share my experience .. from the beginning I was worried if everything would be as it seems given the price and location of the pension - very reasonable price and in the city center !! And I must say that I was 100% satisfied. The owner is helpful, the rooms cozy and what I have to point out is cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. I was especially excited about that. So I recommend all ten.

When we arrived he gave us a note saying in some kind of google translation that we can't stay at his place the first night because another guest stayed a night longer (I can't imagine someone would stay there longer than planned!). So we had to go to another place that he - at least - arranged for us some houses down the street. We should stay there for a night and spend our second night at Pension Doležal. I wish we would have stayed at the other place... The host of Pension Doležal didn't speak english or german - that's alright. But the next morning when we were late at his pension because of a communication problem he actually called angrily five minutes later... excuse me? We couldn't stay at his place (as we had booked) but he gets angry when we are "late"?? Also the rooms were not really clean and the breakfast wasn't good at all. Don't stay there. Edit to answer on the owner's comment on my post: I did NOT review the other place. The other place where we had to stay the first night, was great. I did review HIS place where we stayed the second night. We did NOT have to leave becaue he didn't have a room, we stayed the second night in HIS house. And we HAD a confirmed booking but we didn't get the room when we arrived. the things the mentions in his answer ARE NOT TRUE. I repeat: DON'T STAY HERE! Our visit was in 2012, my review is a few years old as well and I'm surprised that he answers my review in 2020 and seems to remember exactly who we were and what had happend?
