Z	Zbyněk Vondracek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkná lokalita, ochotní majitelé. Trošku vyšší cena ale prostředí to vyváží. Extrémně pomalá wiffi... Lepší by byla žádná nežli tato... Super společenská místnost. Chybí mi sauna a kvalitnější TV... Ikdyž kvůli tomu se na hory vlastně nejezdí... ? Výhodou je vlastni parkoviště a dobrá dostupnost sjezdovek i města Tanvald. Nice location, helpful owners. A little higher price but the environment balances. Extremely slow wiffi ... No better than this ... Super common room. I miss a sauna and a better TV ... Although this is not why the mountains actually go ... ? The advantage is its own parking and good access to the slopes and the town of Tanvald.
M	Martin Křížek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slušné ubytování, čisté pokoje. V únoru při -16 C vypnuté topení přes noc. Ráno jsem vše reklamoval u majitele, který bydlí dole pod apartmány. Bylo mi sděleno, že se rozbilo topení, ale už se pracuje na opravě. Další noc to samé. Nezbylo nám než s dětmi v noci spát v teplácích a kulichu. Museli jsme nakonec v polovině dovolené vše sbalit a odjet z Apartmánu Sára. Majitel absolutně nereagoval na naše upozornění, že nám vypíná topení na noc a na otázku ohledně vrácení peněz mi bylo sděleno, ať mu tedy ukážu teploměr se stupni na pokoji ! Bohužel jsem si ho "vyjimečně" zapoměl přibalit na zimní dovolenou. Decent accommodation, clean rooms. In February at -16 C the heating is switched off overnight. In the morning I complained to the owner who lives below the apartments. I was told that the heating had broken, but the repair was already underway. Another night the same thing. We had no choice but to sleep with the children at night in a tracksuit and beanie. In the end we had to pack everything up and leave the Apartment Sara. The owner absolutely did not respond to our warning that he was turning off the heating for the night and the question about the return I was told the money to show him a room thermometer! Unfortunately, I "forgot" to pack it on my winter vacation.

Chalupa má velkou společenskou místnost a společnou kuchyni, kde jsme trávili většinu času.Dětem se velmi líbila herna s lezeckou stěnou a houpačkou. Společná kuchyně je velmi dobře vybavena (mimo velké množství nádobí je zde sendvičovač, toustovač, překapávač na kávu, ponorný mixér, rychlovarná konvice, horkovzdušná trouba,myčka, mikrovlnka). V jídelně je 1 dětská židlička. Všude bylo čisto. Apartmán č.1 má menší koupelnu, kde však není topení,je tedy třeba nechat otevřené dveře,aby se vytopila.Větrák v koupelně je docela hlučný a když se pouští voda v apartmánu v kuchyni, rovněž dělá hluk. To však není nic, co by kazilo dojem z ubytování.Je třeba s tím však počítat, pokud jedete s dětmi, které to může vzbudit.Rádi se sem vrátíme. Před chalupou je dostatek místa k parkování a dostupnost lyžařských areálů je rovněž skvělá. Very nice accommodation, excellent for families with children. The cottage has a large living room and a shared kitchen where we spent most of the time.Children liked the playroom with a climbing wall and a swing. The shared kitchen is very well equipped (except for a large number of dishes there is a sandwich maker, toaster, coffee percolator, immersion blender, kettle, hot air oven, dishwasher, microwave). There is 1 highchair in the dining room. Everywhere was clean. Apartment no.1 has a smaller bathroom, but there is no heating, so it is necessary to leave the door open to heat.Ventor in the bathroom is quite noisy and when the water in the apartment in the kitchen, it also makes noise. However, this is nothing to spoil the impression of accommodation.It should be taken into account, however, if you are going with children who may wake it up. There is ample parking in front of the cottage and the availability of the ski areas is also great.
O	Ondřej Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobyt naprosto super, klid, pohoda. Určitě by neskodila nějaká revize elektroinstalace, TV připojení a nějaké drobné opravy ale jinak pobyt super. Stay absolutely great, peace, quiet. It would certainly not hurt any revision of the wiring, TV connection and some minor repairs, but otherwise stay great.

We booked it by booking.com (2 nights) and they took 120€ from the deposit for the water/electricity/gas even if we were never informed before making the reservation! We submit a formal complaint and we are still waiting for its resolution. I would never recommend it

But before departure they did not return 110 euros from our deposit, said to cover the utilities. 110 euros for a 2 days utilities expense, which was not stated anywhere on the website we booked the place (booking). This was a rip off. Would anyone think that these people are paying 1700 euros in utilities per month? As they defended to? Ridiculous. This people are really dishonest. I would not recomend anyone to take the risk booking with these people. Unless you would like a surprise at the end of your stay.
