V	Veronika Sedláková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování bylo čisté, všechno v pořádku (ani nocleh se psem není problém), ovšem obsluha v restauraci byla katastrofa! Pan číšník nikam nespěchal, když na nás nezapomněl s pitím, tak druhý večer s jídlem a celkově v restauraci obsluha nefunguje! A v popisu ubytování se tedy ještě někdo zapomněl zmínit o kolejích které jsou jen pár metrů od ubytování a přejezd přes něj, taky není stavěný pro každý typ automobilu. Oproti loňsku se pan kuchař o 100% zlepšil, jídlo bylo dobré. Velké plus má i terasa, která tam ještě vloni nebyla :) Personal velmi milý, ochotný a vstřícný. Byť bylo vidět, ze holciny servirky nejsou z oboru, moc se snažili. Moc dekujeme a určitě prijedeme znovu. Super accommodation. Clean and cozy room. J	Jan Mach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování jako takové bylo fajn. Nejde o žádný luxus, ale v apartmánu je vše potřebné. Pokud se tam tedy nechystáte vařit. Ocenil bych větší variabilitu snídaní. Stejně tak mě trochu zaskočilo, že bufetové večeře byly v podstatě výběr ze dvou jídel. Nepříliš praktické mi též přijde stanovený čas večeří - jen od 18 do 19 h. To se někdy může hůře kombinovat s náročnějšími výlety. Navíc to vytváří větší tlak na obsluhu, když se hosté nerozlozi do delšího časového úseku. To pak může vyústit v to, co se stalo nám - za cca 40 minut, co jsme večeřeli, nikdo nepřišel nabídnout pití. Ale stalo se to pouze jednou. The accommodation itself was fine. L	Lucie Mlčáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nás potěšilo, že s roční dcerou jsme nedostali pokoj pro 2,ale pro 3,tedy pokoj a druhý pokoj byla kuchyňka. Mala měla dostatek místa k pohybu. Jídlo bylo vynikající, prostředí krásné. K doporučení...určitě by spousta rodičů ocenila i vnitřní hernu, aspoň jednou za pobyt vytrit podlahu by bylo také dobre. Byli jsme na 8 dní a už v polovině pobytu bylo hodně písku na podlaze a to jsem se snažila smetackem průběžně zametat. Pokud byste uvažovali o vytvoření i terasy k bazénu, bylo by to úžasné. Celkově krásný dojem a moc rádi se sem za pár let vrátíme a budeme doufat, že si budete udržovat, tak dobrý status. R	Renata Dubová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytováni v apartmánech je katastrofální. Vybydlené pokoje, ve kterých se snad ani neuklízí. Všude byl nepořádek a prach. Osušky, které jsme dostaly byly roztrhané, špinavý sprchový kout, dvířka od sprchového koutu vypadávaly ven z kolejniček a na povlečení nevyprané fleky snad od červeného vína? Za celý týden nikdo ani koš nevynesl. A když jsme poprosili o úklid bylo nám řečeno, že v apartmánech se úklidy po dobu pobytu neprovádí, což by se dalo pochopit, kdyby tam aspoň byl smeták a pytle do koše abychom si aspoň mohli uklidit sami. Prý nám, ale někoho pošlou, ovšem nikdo se na úklid nedostavil. Ochota personálu strašná. Paní provozní by také měli vyměnit nemá absolutně přehled jak vypadají pokoje v apartmánech. A o tom, že asi 10 metrů od apartmánů je velký železniční přejezd se asi taky nikde nedočtete. V noci se nedá spát kvůli světlu z přejezdu a také houkaní přejezdové signalizace je velice otravné, při každém průjezdu vlaku jste vzhůru. Jediné co celý pobyt zachraňuje je krásná příroda okolo, bezva využití všech možných aktivit a pan kuchař, kterého by měli platit zlatem - výborné jídlo po celou dobu pobytu!!! Jsou zde koleje ale vlaky jezdí jednou za hodinu od 7h a poslední v 22h tedy během našeho pobytu. Ubytování bylo ciste trochu inovace by neškodilo ale byly jsme spokojeni. Na jídlo se chodi do Orsina kde je i detske hřiště a bazén. Jídlo bylo dobre akorát bysme uvítali změnu při snídanich každý den bylo to samé stačila by upéct buchta nebo občas varene vajíčko apod. Urcite se sem ještě vrátíme. Nejvíc plus klid,čistota a velice vstřícný a ochotný personál. The apartments are close to Hotel Orsino. Trošičku tomu nenahrává trať přímo nad hotelem a samotnými apartmány, nicméně frekvence vlaků není velká. Velice milý a ochotný personál, který nám vyhověl s dispozicí apartmánu a možností vzít si svého domácího mazlíčka. Kuchyně naprosto výborná a to i pro člověka zdravotně omezeného. Za pěkného počasí je možné posedět na krásné terase, v lehátkách za hotelem nebo na houpačce. Jediné co musím vytknout je čistota apartmánů. Bohužel nám nepřišlo, že by apartmán byl uklizen. Na podlaze mnoho prachu, v koších odpadky, lednice s obrovskou námrazou. Jediné čisté bylo povlečení a koupelna. Z toho důvodu minus jedna hvězdička. Pokud si nepotrpíte na přehnanou čistotu, lze toto ubytování doporučit. Beautiful accommodation near the Lipno Dam with access to a small beach.
