R	Radek Málek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování v tomto hotelu nebyla žádná chyba. Byl to zásah do černého. Okolí Koutů je jako stvořené pro milovníky turistiky a sjezdu na kole. Samozřejmě v zimě na lyžování, ale já zde zavítal v létě. Okolí a prostředí hotelu je tedy úžasné a co hotel? Krásný, utulný, prostorné pokoje, dobré internetové připojení, vybavení je nadmíru dostačující i na přípravu lehčích pokrmů, postele jsou pohodlné a snídaně byla dobrá s velkým výběrem. Mám i jednu věc, která může pobyt mírně znepříjemnit a to nedoplňování jídla na snídani, proto je lepší si přivstat. Ale i tak vřele doporučuji. Accommodation in this hotel was no mistake. It was a hit on the black. The surroundings of Kouty are perfect for lovers of hiking and cycling. Of course in the winter for skiing, but I visited here in the summer. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing and what about the hotel? Beautiful, cozy, spacious rooms, good internet connection, the equipment is extremely sufficient for the preparation of lighter meals, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast was good with a large selection. I also have one thing that can make your stay a little uncomfortable, and that is not supplementing the food for breakfast, so it's better to get up. But I still highly recommend it.
E	Eva Vachulka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fajn ubytování v moderním apartmánu, jen trochu tvrdé postele. V blízkosti pizzerie s příjemným personálem. Na recepci, milí a ochotní lidé. Výborná startovací poloha na výšlapy. Nice accommodation in a modern apartment, just a little hard beds. Near the pizzeria with friendly staff. At the reception, nice and helpful people. Excellent starting position for hikes.
M	Martina Nešporová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeli jsme na jednu noc do apartmánu - pokoj menší, ale pěkný, čistý, pohodlná postel, moc pěkná koupelna a super byla zamykatelná klec, kam si odložíte kola apod., bohužel pokoj v přízemí s "výhledem" na nějaké dvě budky. Samotnému ubytování bych dala 3 hvězdy. K apartmánu a penzionu Kouty patří restaurace a pizzerie, vše vypadá moc hezky, náměstí upravené. Ale jde vidět, že zde nemají konkurenci. Jídlo v restauraci nebylo špatné, zrovna ke svíčkové by nemusel být kupovaný houskový knedlík. Jídelní lístek o jedné A4 stránce. Na večeři jsme šli do jejich "pizzerie", horší pizzu jsme nikdy nejedli, Nikdo si na ni nedal záležet a byla asi za 5 minut hotová, mastná, posypaná syrovou cibulí. Vedle v restauraci dezert - ušlo to no :-D největší tragedie byla ráno snídaně (v ceně ubytování), žádný výběr, míchaná vajíčka nepoživatelná, párek nic moc, croissant bylo prázdné pečivo se vzduchem, celý mi rozpadnul v ruce, kafe z automatu se nedalo vypít.....Obsluha v restauraci obsluha moc sympatický pán a slečna. Každopádně nikdo, ani obsluha v restauraci, ani paní, která byla ráno u snídaní a starala se o jídlo, neměla respirátor. We went to the apartment for one night - a smaller room, but a nice, clean, comfortable bed, a very nice bathroom and a great lockable cage where you can put your bikes, etc., unfortunately a room on the ground floor with a "view" of some two booths. I would give the accommodation itself 3 stars. The apartment and pension Kouty includes a restaurant and pizzeria, everything looks very nice, the square is landscaped. But you can see that they have no competition here. The food in the restaurant was not bad, bread dumplings would not have to be bought with the sirloin. Menu of one A4 page. We went to their "pizzeria" for dinner, we never ate a worse pizza, Nobody cared about it and it was ready in about 5 minutes, greasy, sprinkled with raw onions. Next to the restaurant dessert - it worked well :-D the biggest tragedy was breakfast in the morning (included in the price), no choice, scrambled eggs inedible, sausage not much, the croissant was an empty pastry with air, the whole crumbled in my hand, coffee from the machine could not drink ..... The staff in the restaurant the staff very nice gentleman and young lady. Anyway, no one, not even the restaurant staff, nor the lady who was having breakfast in the morning, taking care of the food, had a respirator.
M	Milan Bílek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, pěkné ubytovaní, dobře vybavené a čisté pokoje. Super lyžárna každý pokoj má svou uzamykatelnou kóji. Moc se nám líbilo. Určitě se ještě vrátíme! Super, nice accommodation, well equipped and clean rooms. Super ski room each room has its own lockable cubicle. We really liked it. We will definitely be back!
