★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realita neodpovídá tomu co se nabízí na webu. Chybí společenská místnost, přístup na zahradu pouze po domluvě s majitelem. Standardně tam běhá docela nebezpečný pes a zahrada je na zámek, takže zbývá dosti mizerné posezení na vydláždeném dvorku mezi třemi pracujícími auty. Cena/ vykon špatné.
 Reality does not match what is offered on the web. Missing lounge, access to the garden only after agreement with the owner. By default, there runs a pretty dangerous dog and the garden is the castle, so there remains a pretty poor sitting on the paved backyard between the three working cars. Price / perform bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabízené služby a skutečnosti jsou velmi rozdílné. Zahrada je k dispozici pouze po domluvě s majitelem, který ovšem většinu času tráví mimo objekt, takže se vše domlouvá se starou paní (pravděpodobně babičkou), která je sice velmi snaživá, ale vzhledem ke svému věku také velmi zmatená. Společenská místnost se nedá používat, protože je tam dle sdělení vlastníka sklad a nepořádek. Ani domluva s majitelem není jednoduchá, na emaily reaguje s velkým zpožděním a telefon ne vždy někdo zvedne. Z mého pohledu má vlastník jiné zájmy, než se starat o hosty v apartmánech, proto v žadném případě nemohu doporučit. Šumava je nádherná, ale takové osobnosti, jako je pan Břečka (majitel) nám ji mohou pěkně zošklivit.
The services offered and the facts are very different. The garden is available only by arrangement with the owner, who spends most of the time outside the building, so everything is agreed with the old lady (probably grandmother), who is very hardworking, but due to her age also very confused. The common room cannot be used because there is a warehouse and a mess according to the owner. Even an agreement with the owner is not easy, he responds to emails with a long delay and someone does not always pick up the phone. From my point of view, the owner has other interests than caring for guests in the apartments, so I can not recommend in any case. Šumava is beautiful, but such personalities as Mr. Břečka (owner) can make it pretty bad for us.
