★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezke, ciste a utulne ubytovani + mily personal = naprosta spokojenost. Snad jen ta hlavni silnice to trochu kazi ale pekna zahrada a priroda v okoli to jiste vynahradi.
Nice, clean and cozy accommodation + miles personal = complete satisfaction. Perhaps only the main road is a little flawed but a nice garden and the natural surroundings surely make up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S celou rodinou jsme byli na ctyřdennim silvestrovském pobytu . Velka spokojenost s vybavením, krásné, čisté a klidné prostředí. Deti se vyřadily na velké zahradě. Taky bylo velké plus, že se hodně topí!
Dostupnost sjezdovek perfektní, večer jsme využívali termální lázně, kde jsme tak jsme si to perfektně užili!!!
My whole family and I were on a four-day New Year's Eve stay. Great satisfaction with the equipment, beautiful, clean and quiet environment. The children stood out in the large garden. It was also a big plus that it drowns a lot!
The accessibility of the slopes is perfect, in the evening we used the thermal baths, where we enjoyed it perfectly !!!

Majitelka nedbá na čistotu v apartmánech a neřeší technické závady či nedostatky. V našem případě to byla plesnivá koupelna, ucpaný odpad ve sprch. koutu, špinavá wc štětka a rezavé koupelnové doplňky, prach, pavučiny, rozbitá dvířka u kuchyňské linky, proležené matrace, .... A ani není možno si průběžně uklidit, protože není k dispozici kbelík a smeták apod.
A to není vše. Po nahlášení neměla snahu problémy vyřešit a jediné, co nám nabídla bylo, že můžeme odjet dříve a vrátí nám zbytek peněz. Vůbec nepřišla za celých 10 dní osobně cokoliv řešit nebo se zeptat, kdy by apartmán mohla uklidit. O případné slevě se ani nezmínil a tvrdila, že ostatní hosté byli vždy spokojeni.
Opravdu nedoporučuji utratit své peníze za toto ubytování! To raději zůstaňte doma.

The owner does not pay attention to the cleanliness of the apartments and does not solve technical defects or shortcomings. In our case, it was a moldy bathroom, clogged with waste in the shower. corner, dirty toilet brush and rusty bathroom accessories, dust, cobwebs, broken doors at the kitchen counter, lying mattresses, .... And it is not even possible to clean continuously, because there is no bucket and broom, etc.
And that's not all. After reporting, she did not try to solve the problems and all she offered us was that we could leave earlier and return the rest of the money to us. She never came to deal with anything in person or ask when she could clean the apartment in 10 days. He did not even mention the possible discount and claimed that the other guests were always satisfied.
I really do not recommend spending my money on this accommodation! You better stay home.
