★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tornata da Praga da 2 giorni, sono dovuta andare al pronto soccorso x i tantissimi morsi di cimici da letto. Appartamento sporchissimo, non hanno fatto le pulizie nel corso della settimana e nemmeno la casa é dotata di una misera scopa e paletta. Viene pubblicizzata come appartamento con angolo cottura ma in realta c'é una piastra elettrica semplicemente poggiata sul ripiano con in alto un pensile piuttosto che la cappa. Vi lascio immaginare com'era unto di decenni la base del suddetto pensile?.
Bagno senza bidet, vasca con funzionante solo il doccino quindi l'acqua non esce dal rubinetto. Poggia asciugamani che si é schiantato a terra subito dopo il nostro ingresso. Nella camera da letto le finestre sono dotate esclusivamente di leggere tende gialle, quindi alle 5.45 c'era già il sole in faccia ...peggio della sveglia invernale!
La tv solo ceca si vedeva malissimo, il Wi-Fi non funzionante.
Per il resto, zona ben collegata con il centro, ricca di bar ristoranti e supermarket.
 Back from Prague to two days, I had to go to the emergency room x the many bites from bed bugs. Very dirty apartment, they didn't do the cleaning during the week and not even the house has a poor broom and dustpan. It is advertised as a self-catering apartment but in reality there is an electric plate simply resting on the shelf with a wall unit above rather than the hood. I leave you to imagine how the base of the aforementioned wall cabinet was decades old.
Bathroom without bidet, bath with running only then doccino the water does not come out from the tap. Towel racks that crashed to the ground immediately after our entry. In the bedroom the windows are exclusively equipped with light yellow curtains, so at 5.45 there was already the sun in your face ... worse than the winter alarm!
Only Czech TV could be seen badly, Wi-Fi not working.
For the rest, area well connected with the center, full of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falling apart, nothing is working as it should, not the shower, not the WiFi etc, the rooms looks like the last time it had maintenance done was about 30 years or so, no service what's so ever as the couple who run the place just sit and smoke all day long and doesn't speak any English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning we had to help some swedish guys to get inside the building as we speak slovakian. I dont know what was the problem, if there were language barriers or they didnt really care to help them...
The other day at the 'continental' breakfast the bread was literally green.
We couldt pay by card, so we had to take out some money from the ATM on very high rates of course...
I asked the apartment for a late check out (at 12:00) on the day we arrived and 4 days later they told us that I had not sent anything. They just probably ignored my mail.
I would not return here. It has a perfect location, everything is pretty close, but the attitude of the personel is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on booking, and the pictures of the room look like an apartment. No one speaks English well, so when I arrived I asked about the room, and they demand I pay upfront, so I say show me the room, and they finally understood, and show me a filthy single room like a cupboard on the top floor, with a ceiling so low you have duck. So I say, that's not what is on the website, and they say well, OK you can cancel and won't charge you. Fine, I walk our the door, and send a cancellation request, and they decline it, so they try to keep the whole booking fee. This place is just a scam, and I had to call booking to explain what a joke it was, if your in Prague and looking for a cheap room for a night, just avoid this place, because for the same price, you can get a much better hotel, bigger rooms, cleaner, with breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, clean and with very basic necessities. But as a tourist you only need a good bed, clean bathroom, cup of coffee to get going in the morning. Kitchen with kettle, fridge and little stove, enough for your stay. Very quite area, walking distance to downtown, nice walk through the park with a great wiew of the city, soon you arrive at one of the bridges with a fantastic wiew of the city at your feet! As well as tram service right around the corner. Very good bed for a goodnight of sleep, personell tidy up the room every day, and fresh towels are provided upon request. Can warmly recommend this place. Very good and at low budget price, you cannot get better!!!!
