★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehty vydržely ani ne 14 dní, šla jsem reklamovat a udělali mi nové a chtěli plnou cenu. Pán se rozeřval, že ho chci obrat a že jsou z jiného salonu. Ukázala jsem mu kartičku, kde bylo jasně napsané, že je dělal on. Kartičku mi vzal a roztrhal. Velmi nepřístupný a neochotný přístup. Dokonce mě dvakrát říznul do prstu. Nehty mi také opiloval až do bolesti a když jsem namítala, že to bolí, řekl aha a pokračoval dál. Naprostá katastrofa. Nedoporučuji
The nails lasted less than 14 days, I went to complain and they made me new ones and they wanted the full price. The Lord roared that I wanted to turn him around and that they were from another salon. I showed him a card that clearly stated that he did it. He took the card from me and tore it apart. Very inaccessible and reluctant approach. He even cut me twice in the finger. He also nailed my nails to pain, and when I objected that it hurt, he said aha and continued. A complete disaster. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán mi hned na začátku pedikůry zcela nesmyslně rychle skalpelem uříznul kus kůže až hluboko do masa na vnitřní straně palce. Rána byla hluboká a díky absenci kůže, kterou by se překryla se mi hojila přes měsíc. Po celou dobu mě noha štípala, když místo mezi výkonem několikrá dlouze a bolestivě stlačoval tamponem namočeným v desinfekci. Ani se pořádně neomluvil. Při následné manikůře jsem vůbec nemohla vydržet, jak šíleně rychle a hnubě mi piluje nehty. Několikrát jsem ucukla rukou, ale stejně to bylo furt stejně nepříjemné. Následně si za vše řekl plnou cenu a jako “bolestné” mi dal kartičku na 100kč slevy na příští návštevu, na které ale byla platnost asi 14 dní :)) Takže vlastně nic.
Right at the beginning of the pedicure, the Lord cut my piece of skin deep into the flesh on the inside of my thumb with a scalpel, quite senselessly. The wound was deep, and thanks to the absence of skin to cover it, it healed over a month. My leg was stinging all the time, squeezing the area several times long and painfully with a swab dipped in disinfectant. He didn't even apologize properly. During the subsequent manicure, I could not bear at all how madly fast and rudely he sawed my nails. I jerked my hand a few times, but it was still just as uncomfortable. Subsequently, he said the full price for everything and as "painful" he gave me a card for a 100 CZK discount for the next visit, for which it was valid for about 14 days :)) So actually nothing.
