Not sure if walk-ins are welcome, but as such I sure was lucky to be taken by a stylist almost immediately... Nice head massage after shampoo and an overall professional service. Great!

Okay, I don't know where to start. This salon letterly made me cry over my hair, they did a terrible job. After 10 months not dyeing my hair I wanted to tone my blonde highlights that I got in my ends and a few that where framing my face to blend them more with my natural dark blonde hair. I mentioned that I definitely didn't want to go darker then my own natural darkblonde. I showed a picture of Gigi Hadid gorgeous ash blonde hair, just to give you a clear idea of what I wanted. And I am realistic, I know it will never end up the same. Long story short, once it was wash out, and I got in front of the mirror I see dark ends. Imagine dark blonde roots with dark brown! ends. It looked I had a brunette grown out of 10 months. I said immediately I don't liked it. Besides the horrible job, the hairdressers reaction was the worse. First of all they said it was looking okay, please if I could only put pictures with this review you would agree it was everything but OK. Then second they told me if I would go to the beach it will come out, what kind off answer is this? If I go to the hairdresser then I want to come outside looking good. Then third, they didn't want to tell me what they put inside, semi, demi or permanent color. This would make it easier for my own hairdresser back home to fix it. Then fourth, the hairdresser who did the job didn't excuse for nothing and another colleague had to fix it with a wash (worked a tiny bit). This guy normally did my blowouts and I have to give my thumps up for him as he always styled my hair good. All my friends could not believe the result, but even my husband who is always really supportive was in shock. Worst dye job ever.

The worst haircut I had in my life. I went for a trim and a woman named Barbara chopped it. I have holes!!! Avoid this place. They aren’t hairdressers and have no idea what they are doing.

The best Salon in Prague without a doubt, all the hairdressers have so much experience and are so well trained. Feels expensive even though it is very reasonably priced for the treatment your getting.

Very disappointed. Senior stylist made a mistake and let me pay for everything, every colour she had to use. My fault was that I said nothing and was just upset all the way home. For me it was very expensive and not worthy experience. My third visit and last.

Came in for a haircut while visiting Prague. Very nice service and super clean and up scale salon.

I received that worst haircut I've ever had in my life here. Firstly, I arrived at 12:55 for my 13:00 appointment, and wasn't seen until 13:30. Then, I asked for a blunt bob, and it became clear to me that my hair stylist didn't understand what I was asking for. We were using English, so I showed her several pictures of what I wanted, a blunt bob, all one length. Well, I left with a 1990's haircut, longer in the back, extremely short around my face and uneven on the sides! And, it was styled so big and old fashioned that I was so embarrassed and I had to wear a hat the entire way home! Look at the picture I've attached to see how horribly uneven it is! And on top of that, when she washed my hair, there was no head massage and in fact it didn't even feel like she was scrubbing! Definitely do not go here and try to use English. I was too embarrassed and holding back tears to cause a scene but I wish I didn't have to pay for this! People I work with have actually told me it looks bad without me even bringing it up!

I was in Prague for just one day and I came to the Salon after reading the reviews.. And i was so Lucky! •Extremely professional •didn't do an appointment so they found me the nearest available booking. •Michaela cut my hair and she was very nice and she gave me one of the best haircuts i had from a long time. My hair was tired and dull and now it looks healthy! •I found the price worth the service.
