I'm sorry to write a review only now, but even after such a long time, I couldn't help but share my experience. I was here twice for eyelash extensions (krisbeelashes) for the first time on May 22, 2020 when they were at another address on the Rohanské nábřeží. For the first time, a completely unprofessional approach, the young lady ate peanuts at the application, which caused an infection in my eye that required subsequent treatment with a doctor and antibiotics. At that time, I had been going to eyelashes for a year, and I never had a problem. The doctor confirmed to me that it is not an allergic reaction but really an infection from the application. I enclose photos for an idea. I was crazy to give them a chance a second time, but the lashes were really nice. For the second time on June 12, 2020, I was already waiting for the young lady at this address for an hour and a half! I wrote her a timely date that I was at the place where she wrote me off and then called that she completely forgot about it (which is ridiculous given that I confirmed it the day before, by default) and that in half an hour she is there and I have to go wait inside. After 1.5 hours, someone completely different called me and the application started. After about 15 minutes, a young lady came to make eyelashes for me and finished her work. No apology, discount, nothing. You can verify the communication on the instagram. Miss, I don't know her name, but according to my number, it might be traceable. Unfortunately, I have a new phone, otherwise I would add photos of communication directly with the girl. I do not recommend !! Algae beautiful but not worth the nerves, pain and gambling with health. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, lax and irresponsible approach. It is nonsense that they charge quite a bit for algae. Avoid the arc, you will find cheaper and better service at the competition. I attach the conversation as proof + photo of the eyes.

I was on the lashes of krisbeelashes. But another girl made her eyelashes. She did the lashes nicely, but the racers' attitude was bad. At the beginning, she didn't ask me what style I wanted, no consultation at the beginning. I've been to a couple of racers, but this surprised me a lot. No access to customers. Overall, the environment looked like the girls were there against their will: D I don't know, just a bad feeling from the studio. The racer then ran out to the customer there after about half an hour after the race made her, that she had no make-up and she sighed there all the time. This also happened to me that I came to a rasarka and I didn't have well-removed eyes, but she started giving me swabs at the beginning and sent me to wash it. I think this situation could be solved differently. There are many studies where they will take care of you better than here. Girls should be more friendly and customer friendly. I understand that working with people is sometimes overwhelming, but not everyone is a bad customer. If you change your approach, the customer will be happy to return to you.
