The extreme noise in the building and especially the arrogant, vulgar and elevated behavior of the owner Stejskal left us with a very strong negative impression. There were a large number of ruthlessly behaving guests in the building, making incredible noise, clutter and bangs. After two days, the situation was unbearable. We learned that the week before us, other guests left due to excessive noise, also dissatisfied. I therefore called the owner Stejskal, who is listed as the responsible person of the building, with whom I also handled the accommodation order. The owner scolded me badly, why I call him at all, what I want from him, why I bother him with it, that he was in Thailand last week (I don't understand how it relates to each other), he is now in Prague, where he lives, and that he doesn't care what happens in the apartments. I calmly tried to explain that he is listed as a contact person, so I turn to him for help. He told me that there is no problem accommodation, but only problem guests, and that is us when we call him and harass him. Why don't I turn to the police when the night is quiet. I kept trying to explain to him that the behavior of the guests is really extreme and we are so unhappy about it that we are considering leaving and we are not the first guests who are bothered by the excessive noise. The owner accused me of making it up and if we don't like something, we have to leave, we are probably adults and we know what we want. The owner lacked a hint of decency. If only he said he was sorry. I don't think he should treat anyone like that, let alone a paying customer. He made it clear to us that the guest was zero for him, which did not interest him. I see a big difference between owners who have a relationship with their business and a mere investor like Mr Stejskal. Accommodation in these apartments, however, also has positives. Above all, I would like to highlight the great work of Mrs. Maid Rejlová - everywhere perfectly tidy, clean, her approach to people is amazing. It can be seen that she enjoys this work very much and devotes herself to it beyond her duties. Only thanks to her, we finally stayed there until the end of the paid stay. I also really appreciated the fact that the guest can regulate the heating in the apartment, as well as the outdoor blinds. Unfortunately, even these above-standard positives do not overcome the very ugly experience.

Really very clean accommodation, new equipment, super wi-fi, big TV with YouTube and Netflix. Kitchen very well equipped. Great garden with a beautiful lawn, barbecue, trampoline, swings, outdoor seating.
