R	Roman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartmány se nachází v kopcovitém terénu aĺa v zimě bez 4x4 sem radši ani nejezděte??‍♂️ Uvítání a personál ubytování, resp. restaurace a provozu ubykace (příjemná mladá slečna i borec 30tník), byli velmi milí a ochotní. Stravování v restauraci bylo fajn, ceny o něco vyšší než je standard města, ale na druhou stranu velmi dobré, chutné, domácí vaření. Pivo Plzeň (paráda), alternativní Krakonoš je už horší/levný level. K využití whirpoolka (doporučil bych řádné vyčistění vč. výměny vody) i sauna, kulečník (na profi šťouchy to určitě není?), fotbálek, šipky. Vše v rámci restaurace. Parkování cca 20-30m od apartmánů, výjezdy na Pec nebo přes Černý Důl. Kolem dokola sjezdovky a turistické možnosti, nespočet... Apartmán (konkrétně č. 106) byl v pohodě, uklizený, s wi-fi, klidně pro 5 lidí. Zařízený s lednicí, nádobí atd. pro domácí vaření. Doporučil bych výměnu osušek a ručníků jak v apartmánu, tak ve whirpool, to nejlepší již mají dávno za sebou...??‍♂️ Obecně lze ubytování hodnotit pozitivně, za rozumné koruny dostanete klid v přírodě, vhodný pro rodinu s dětmi, pozornost personálu v restauraci a dobrou dostupnost na Sněžku. Za mě ok, bookujte bez obav, negativní zkušenosti s provozním ubytování jsme neměli...?? The apartments are located in a hilly terrain and in winter without 4x4 you better not even come here??‍♂️ Welcome and staff accommodation, respectively. restaurant and operation of the accommodation (pleasant young lady and fighter 30tník), were very nice and helpful. The food in the restaurant was nice, the prices a little higher than the city standard, but on the other hand very good, tasty, home cooking. Beer Plzeň (great), alternative Krakonoš is already worse / cheap level. To use the whirlpool (I would recommend proper cleaning, including water change) and sauna, billiards (it is definitely not for professional pokes), football, darts. Everything within the restaurant. Parking approx. 20-30m from the apartments, exits to Pec or via Černý Důl. Around the slopes and hiking opportunities, countless ... The apartment (specifically No. 106) was cool, tidy, with wi-fi, quiet for 5 people. Furnished with refrigerator, dishes, etc. for home cooking. I would recommend changing towels and towels both in the apartment and in the whirlpool, the best are long overdue ... ??‍♂️ In general, accommodation can be evaluated positively, for reasonable crowns you get peace in nature, suitable for families with children, the attention of staff in the restaurant and good access to Sněžka. Ok for me, book without worries, we did not have a negative experience with operating accommodation ... ??
M	Martin 1357 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice přijemné apartmány, dobré místo jako zázemí pro turistiku v Krkonoších. Jediná trošku slabší stránka je místní hospoda. Velice dobré domácí limonády, avšak jídlo a atmosféra mi nebyli zcela pochuti. Určitě doporučuji jako místo k ubytovaní. Very nice apartments, a good place as a background for hiking in the Giant Mountains. The only slightly weaker side is the local pub. Very good homemade lemonade, but the food and atmosphere I did not quite like. I definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Na pokoji: nefungovala vůbec televize, byli tam jen dvě vidličky, byl tam velký kravál, mohlo by tam být víc uklizeno a to hlavní byli jsme tam čtyři noci a bylo nás sedm, měli jsme dva toaleťáky a další jsme si museli doplatit 9kč. . Welness: sauna smrděla odpadem a vířivku jsme se radši ani nedívali.??????? No horror !!!!! We arrived and the staff didn't notice us when he was already rude to us. In the room: the television didn't work at all, there were only two forks, there was a big riot, there could be more cleaning and the main thing we were there for four nights and there were seven of us, we had two toilets and we had to pay 9 CZK more. . Wellness: the sauna smelled of waste and we didn't even look at the whirlpool
A	Aleš Vencovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedeme okolo s kamarádem na kole a vidíme u silnice ceduli s nápisem, že terasa je otevřená a že se vaří. Vstoupíme na ní a nikde ani noha. Vlezeme dovnitř a paní, že prý má zavřeno. No jo, ale u silnice máte ceduli, že se terasa je fungujete? To je prý jen pro ubytované. Tak proč to máte u silnice, kde okolo toho jezdí lidí, vaši hosté asi vědí, že vaříte, ne? Následovalo nějaké zahuhlání. Tak že si dáme aspoň dvoje slané brambůrky. Byly to ty malé Bohemky a paní prý že 60,-, tak jí spokojeně dávám obnos, ale to je prý jen za jedny, takže za 120,-. Myslím, že ani ve Špindlu by se nesehnaly dráž. Naházeli jsme je do sebe a rychle pryč. We ride around with a friend on a bicycle and see a sign by the road saying that the terrace is open and that it is cooking. We step on it and not a foot anywhere. We get inside and the lady is said to be closed. Well yeah, but by the road do you have a sign that the terrace is working? It is said to be for residents only. So why do you have it on the road where people drive around it, your guests probably know you're cooking, right? A crowd followed. So let's have at least two salty potato chips. It was the little Bohemians and the lady that 60, -, so I happily give her the amount, but it's supposedly only for one, so for 120, -. I don't think they would be expensive even in Špindl. We threw them in and quickly left.

Komunikace a vstřícnost při řešení dotazů a problémů že strany správce objektu na jedničku. Plný počet bodů ale dostává kuchyně.... naprosto jedinečná. Výběr z cca 5 jídel, ale vše výborné. Doporučujeme Apartment size sufficient for 4 people. Cleanliness and equipment without problems. Communication and helpfulness in solving questions and problems that the object manager parties to number one. But the kitchen gets the full number of points .... absolutely unique. Choice of about 5 dishes, but all excellent. We recommend

Das Frühstück ist gut das Abendessen im Restaurant ist klassisch böhmische Küche.Deftig und sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Im Winter ist das Hotel nur mit einem Schneemobil zu erreichen.Einerseits ist die Fahrt ein absolutes Abendteuer. Wenn man eine Woche nur Skifahren will auch vollkommen okay und ein Highlight für die Kinder. Wenn man aber mal nicht Skifahren will,sondern mit dem Auto einen Ausflug,ist es sehr umständlich. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Schön wäre es,wenn die kleine Skipiste neben dem Hotel noch präpariert wäre,die wäre perfekt für Kinder und Anfänger... A very neat and clean place to stay. The rooms are in good condition. Breakfast is good, dinner in the restaurant is classic Bohemian cuisine. Hearty and very tasty. The staff is very friendly and attentive. In winter, the hotel can only be reached by snowmobile. On the one hand, the trip is an absolute adventure. If you only want to ski for a week, it's perfectly fine and a highlight for the kids. But if you don't want to ski, but want to take a trip by car, it's very cumbersome. Overall a very nice hotel. It would be nice if the small ski slope next to the hotel were still prepared, it would be perfect for children and beginners...
