M	Martina Slegrova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektně propracovaný koncept a design Hotelu. Personál neskutečně přívětivý, u pana majitele ji vidět, že tuto práci dělá opravdu srdcem. Klobouk dolů, takhle dobře nám snad ještě nikde nebylo. Dekujeme! ?
T	Tereza Vasinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel na skvělém místě. Pokoj uklizený a čistý. Jediné co bylo za mě trošku nedomyšlené byla sprcha. Jelikož má sprcha pouze boční sklo tak po sprchování je v koupelně všude potopa. V kuchyňce by bylo fajn mít alespoň mikrovlnnou troubu, ale to jsou jen maličkosti. Jinak bylo vše v pořádku. Snídaně výborné. Na bookingu je uveden check in do 19:00. Přijeli jsme až po 19:00 a nebyl žádný problém. Hotel in a great location. Room tidy and clean. The only thing that was a little ill-conceived for me was the shower. Since the shower has only a side glass, there is a flood everywhere in the bathroom after showering. It would be nice to have at least a microwave in the kitchen, but these are just the little things. Otherwise, everything was fine. Breakfast excellent. Check-in is until 19:00. We arrived after 19:00 and there was no problem.

Skvělé matrace, polštáře, tady se opravdu dobře vyspíte a ráno vynikající snídaně (úžasné domácí jogurty). Milý personál od recepce po restauraci, pan ředitel osobně na vše dohlíží. Včetně parking. V době našeho pobytu napadlo přes půl metru sněhu, auta zapadaná až po střechu. Zaměstnanci vše sami odklidili, auta vyhrabali, pan ředitel povolal frézu, parkoviště uklidil, takže do té doby nepředstavitelný výjezd byl bezproblémový. Díky, určitě se vrátíme. Great place close to the Javor ski slope, beautiful clean apartment. Great mattresses, pillows, you can sleep really well here and a delicious breakfast in the morning (amazing homemade yoghurts). Dear staff from the reception to the restaurant, the director personally oversees everything. Parking included. During our stay, over half a meter of snow fell, cars sinking to the roof. The employees removed everything themselves, dug up the cars, the director called the milling machine, cleaned the parking lot, so that until then the unimaginable exit was smooth. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

Vom Hotel kann man gleich auf die Piste oder zur Bergwanderung starten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Das Auto konnten wir direkt beim Hotel parken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Hotel-Team. Highly Recommended! Warm atmosphere, wonderful team, great equipment of the rooms with kitchenette. From the hotel you can start straight onto the slopes or mountain hikes. The breakfast was very rich. We could park the car directly at the hotel. We felt very comfortable. Big thanks to the entire hotel team.

Bydleli jsme v Apartmá Superior a pokoj jako takový byl super - ale to je asi tak všechno: výtah do mezipatra mezi 3. a 4. patrem, do pátého musíte pěšky. Lidé v recenzích chválí snídaně, ovšem když přijdete v exponovanou dobu, nenajdete místo k sezení (někteří lidé vážně jedli ve stoje!!) Výběr slušný, ale každou chvíli docházejí skleničky, talíře – a musíte obsluhu žádat, ať je doplní (to se stalo opravdu každý den!). Na večeři v restauraci neutřené stoly, obsluha spíš vázla. 4 hvězdičky ani náhodou. Příště jedu jinam. So I don't know you… Great location near the slopes. We stayed in a Superior Suite and the room as such was great - but that's about it: a lift to the mezzanine between the 3rd and 4th floors, you have to walk to the fifth. People in the reviews praise breakfast, but if you come at the exposed time, you will not find a place to sit (some people really ate standing !!) The selection is decent, but at any moment there are glasses, plates - and you have to ask the staff to refill them (it happened really every day!). Unfurnished tables for dinner at the restaurant, the staff was rather stuck. 4 stars not by chance. Next time I'm going somewhere else.

WiFi, small pantry kitchen with dish washer, sleeping room with a double bed and a bunk bed. The living room is equiped with a flat TV and a cosy sofa! The Host is really friendly and helpful!

M	Mrs. Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's fine, not bad, but it would be great if we were warned in advance about a couple of things: ▪️a hairdryer and slippers are in the closet on the bottom shelf in the hallway - we didn't know about it, and we had to sleep with wet hair. ▪️you can change the temperature in a room with this remote control, which is located next to the kitchen line - we didn't know about it, and it was sooo cold in our room all night. Parking is not free, you have to pay for that.
