T	Thomas Kolbe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr saubere und neuwertige Unterkunft. Es wurde an Alles gedacht. An Gemütlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. Very clean and new accommodation. Everything was thought of. Hard to beat in terms of cosiness.

Sehr gerne wieder. A very new house / apartment with everything you need for a complete winter vacation, in a fantastic location. 5 minutes walk to the lift. Lovely again.
A	Annabell Thiedemann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf den ersten Blick ein modernes und ordentliches Apartment. Die Lage direkt an der Piste war auch super. Aber man hat schwere Probleme sein Auto vor Ort unterzubringen, da alles vereist ist und nicht geräumt. Des Weiteren bietet das Apartment keinerlei Möglichkeiten die Ski-Ausstattung unterzubringen. Das einzige Bad für 5 Personen verfügt über eine Badewanne, was eigentlich erfreulich sein sollte in einem Winterurlaub, diese aber mit kaltem Wasser nutzen zu müssen, genauso wie die Spüle, ist dann allerdings weniger erfreulich. Man freut sich auch sicher sehr über eine nicht funktionierende Klospülung und über eine Klopapierrolle die für eine Woche reichen soll. Das Apartment ist für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben und es sind auch 5 Betten vorhanden, leider ist der Rest des Apartments leider für 4 Personen fast schon zu klein. Die Räume waren immer kalt, da man eine Heizung hat welche mit Strom funktioniert. Sobald die Heizung an war, war es in Minuten „heiß“, wenn Man sie dann ausgemacht hat waren die Räume komplett ausgekühlt. Das Apartment war ein kleines Häuschen, somit war der größte Teil der Aufenthaltsfläche im EG, aber es waren durchsichtige Vorhänge an den Fenstern, welche man nichtmals vollständig schließen konnte. Der Sohn des Besitzers fährt den ganzen Tag mit seinem Schneemobil vor der Haustür rum und belästigt somit die Anwohner der Straße. Also für einen Urlaub mit Erholfaktor sollte man dann doch lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen. At first glance a modern and decent apartment. The location right on the slopes was great too. But you have a hard time getting your car on the spot, because everything is iced up and not cleared. Furthermore, the apartment offers no possibilities to accommodate the ski equipment. The only bathroom for 5 people has a bathtub, which should be enjoyable in a winter holiday, but with cold water use, as well as the sink, but then less enjoyable. One is also very happy about a not working toilet flush and a roll of toilet paper that should last for a week. The apartment is advertised for 5 people and there are also 5 beds available, unfortunately the rest of the apartment is unfortunately for 4 people almost too small. The rooms were always cold, because you have a heater which works with electricity. Once the heating was on, it was "hot" in minutes, when you turned it off, the rooms were completely cooled. The apartment was a small house, so most of the living space was on the ground floor, but there were transparent curtains on the windows, which you could not even close completely. The son of the owner drives around the whole day with his snowmobile outside the front door and harasses the residents of the street. So for a holiday with a relaxation factor you should choose a different accommodation.

Moc děkujeme za krásný prodlouženy víkend . Doporučuji a při cestě do Pece určitě využiji znovu. Beautiful apartments. Fully equipped and perfectly adapted for children. Great approach and willingness of the owners - very pleasant and nice communication. Thank you very much for a beautiful extended weekend. I recommend and will definitely use it again on the way to Pec.
