J	Josef Macháček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nový bezkontaktní hotel v Plzni. Po rezervaci obdržíte PIN kód, přes který se dostanete jak do budovy, tak do apartmánu. Uvnitř vše čisté, nové, moderně zařízené. V suterénu se nachází skvělý wellness, skládající se z výřivky a sauny. Personál tu představovala velmi příjemná a ochotná slečna. Snídaně naprosto dostačující, a můžete ji přinést své drahé polovičce třeba až do postele. To vše nedaleko centra. Samozřejmostí je kvalitní Wi-Fi připojení na pokojích. Rozhodně doporučuji!!! In the basement there is a great wellness, consisting of a whirlpool and a sauna. The staff here was a very nice and helpful young lady. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, and you can bring it to your loved one, for example, to bed. All this close to the center. Of course there is a quality Wi-Fi connection in the rooms. Definitely recommend !!!
A	Alexandra Kuznetsova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vybrali jsme si pro náš pobyt v Plzni apartmán na základě vynikajících hodnocení. Apartmán Deluxe byl krásně vybaven, celé prostředí hotelu je velmi příjemné. Bohužel nebylo řádně uklizeno (nevytřená podlaha, neutřené poličky, špinavé nádobí ve skříňkách v kuchyni). Po upozornění na tento stav sice během naší nepřítomnosti někdo znovu uklidit přišel, práce ovšem stejně nebyla kvalitně odvedena (špína pouze rozetřená po podlaze). Tento stav ubytování nám značně pokazil dojem z celého výletu. Navíc při ceně snídaní 150,-/osoba/den bychom očekávali širší nabídku - v den námi využívané snídaně se nabídka skládala pouze ze studeného bufetu - šunka, sýr, pečivo, cereálie, jogurty, ovoce. Dlouho jsem přemýšlela, zda negativní recenzi napsat. Cestovali jsme s miminkem a ubytování jsme vybírali pečlivě, na základě hodnocení. Bohužel nebylo vše k naší spokojenosti. Snad to byla výjimečná situace, která se obvykle nestává a pouze jsme měli smůlu. We chose an apartment for our stay in Pilsen based on excellent reviews. The Deluxe Apartment was beautifully equipped, the whole environment of the hotel is very pleasant. Unfortunately, it was not properly cleaned (unpainted floor, unshielded shelves, dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets). After being alerted to this condition, someone came to clean up again during our absence, but the work was still not done well (dirt only spread on the floor). This state of accommodation significantly spoiled our impression of the whole trip. In addition, at the price of breakfast 150, - / person / day we would expect a wider offer - on the day we use breakfast, the offer consisted only of a cold buffet - ham, cheese, pastries, cereals, yogurt, fruit. I've been wondering for a long time whether to write a negative review. We traveled with a baby and we chose accommodation carefully, based on reviews. Unfortunately, not everything was to our satisfaction. Perhaps it was an exceptional situation that does not usually happen and we were just unlucky.

Pro rodinu asi problem neni. Snidani si musite vyzvednout v male kuchynce v přízemí. Pokud se tam sejde vice ubytovanych, tak je to na dlouho. Equipped with modernity, but it was a smell of garbage. The bathroom door is made of frosted glass and cannot be locked. Pretty annoying when you're there with a bunch of friends. Probably not a problem for the family. Breakfast must be picked up in the small kitchen on the ground floor. If more guests meet there, it's a long time.

Poloha neďaleko centra super, akurát auto sme museli nechať obďaleč, mimo platenej zóny. We only used it for one night and we are satisfied. Apartment spacious, modern. The location near the center is great, we just had to leave the car away, outside the paid zone.
S	Sabi007 Švecová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijeli jsme okolo 20:30h Když jsme dostali číslo pokoje, upozorňuji na vygenerované číslo , vešli jsme a vevnitř bytu byli osobní věci ,jídlo atd..cizího nájemníka Byli jsme unavení po dlouhé cestě a řešilo se to skoro hodinu Slečna nevěděla jak to vyřešit tak obvolávala zbytek nájemníků ,měli jsme chuť se sebrat a odjet domu ,jenže cesta daleká Bylo nám nabídnuto přespání v jiném hotelu a wellness příště až se dostavíme, na rovinu říkám že už nikdy ! Poté nám bylo řečeno ,že se dojde podívat na jiný pokoj , tak nás tam zavedla a řekla že je to nejžádanější pokoj tady ,no s prominutím jeli jsme tam jako pár a oddělené postele jako vážně?! Tak jsme se vrátili zpátky a byla sem požádaná přípravit paní věci aby je mohla odnést na jiný pokoj Ohledně parkování jsme byli zděšený ! Podélně u silnice a ještě vedle pajzl , kdo by neměl strach Ohledně hlavních dveří místo zámku kód Pro někoho dobré pro nás ne , kdykoliv a stalo se ,že vypadl systém Chválím výřivku a hudbu s tabletem Ale nebyli jsme ani obeznámeni ohledně sauny Kolik stupňů jak dlouho nic ! Každá sauna je jiná a každý máme nějaké zdravotní problémy takže sem očekávala když mám jít do 80stupňové sauny ,že se dozvíme alespoň základ který jsem si přečetla na internetu proto sem naštvaná ,zklamaná a ani jsme se nedostavili na snídani, chtěli jsme být co nejrychleji pryč ! Vše vypadalo krásně ale jen na OKO. A	Anastasiia Ivchenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaprvé jsme se zde ubytovali kvůli wellness, ale bohužel nebyl nakonec funkční. Ok, stát se může cokoli. Za to, že nám ho zrušili 2 hodiny do rezervace nám slíbili slevu na ubytování, ale nakonec žádná nebyla. Co se týče ubytování, tak to není pochopitelné. Apartmán byl sice hezky zařízený a šlo vidět, že do toho nedávali úplně nejlevnější nábytek, ale ta čistota chyběla. Všude prach, neutřené poličky, špinavé podlahy… Na posteli jako první ležel dekorativní polštářek s bílými flekami. Nejvíc nás zarazilo, že hostům před námi očividně došel toaletní papír a utřeli se rukou a následně nechali ,,vzkaz” na zdi u záchodu jakože ,,TADY JSEM BYL”. Bohužel paní co tady “uklízela” si toho nevšimla, stejně jako prachu na ventilaci, který pomalu padal na hlavu a dalších X věcí. Nápad s tím hotelem byl fakt skvělý, stačilo se tomu trošku věnovat a bylo by to super. Děkujeme, ale sem už nikdy. The apartment was nicely furnished and you could see that they did not put the cheapest furniture in it, but the cleanliness was lacking. Dust, shelves, dirty floors everywhere… A decorative pillow with white stains was the first to lie on the bed. What struck us most was that the guests in front of us obviously ran out of toilet paper and wiped their hands and then left a "message" on the wall by the toilet like "I WAS HERE". Unfortunately, the lady who "cleaned" here did not notice, as did the dust on the ventilation, which slowly fell on her head and other X things. The idea with the hotel was really great, it was enough to pay a little attention and it would be great. Thanks, but never here again.
