★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytování je nové, čisté, moderní. K dispozici je pračka, myčka, kompletně vybavená kuchyň. Byli jsme velice spokojeni. Pěšky do města je kousek. Velmi ochotný pan majitel i personál. Mohu jen doporučit. Děkuji Stručková.
 Accommodation is new, clean, modern. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen. We were very satisfied. Walk into town is a short walk. Very helpful, Mr. owner and staff. I can only recommend. Thank Stručková.

Příjemné jednání. A jako velký bonus byl welcome drink (lahvová, vychlazená Plzeň)

Clean and modern environment. Available dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and clean towels ?
Pleasant behavior. And as a big bonus was a welcome drink (bottled, chilled Pilsen)

We are very grateful to the owner and administrator for the coziness, comfort and cleanliness in Avantgarde. Very nice apartments with modern kitchen, appliances, utensils and furniture. There is parking. Great location (city center), everything is within walking distance. If you want a perfect holiday, Avantgarde is for you)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborná poloha apartmánů, jejich zařízení bylo velmi vkusné a útulné. K příjemnému pobytu nám opravdu nic nechybělo :).
Za sebe ještě velmi oceňuji možnost připravit si kdykoliv chutnou kávu.
Excellent location of the apartments, their equipment was very tasteful and cozy. We really didn't miss anything for a pleasant stay :).
For myself, I still appreciate the opportunity to prepare delicious coffee at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10. Vkusné, moderní, čisté, perfektně vybavené (ručníky, fén, šamponky, kávovar, myčka, touster, milrovlnka…). Majitelé nám také vyšli vstříc ohledně pozdějšího checkoutu. Děkujeme moc!
10/10. Tasteful, modern, clean, perfectly equipped (towels, hairdryer, shampoo, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave…). The owners also accommodated us regarding a later checkout. Thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good option for a stay in Pilsen! Apartments are quite new and big. Everything looks really new and clean. Full equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, really good wifi connection, toilet separated from bathroom, they even has real plants in the living room!
Private parking costs 4€ per day
Location is quite good: 4-5 minutes walking distance to the main square, good place for coffee/breakfast at the other side of the street.
The only thing that i did not like is that they give you only one key per apartment, and if you want to leave the building you also need the key to unlock and lock the main door. They should give two copies per apartment!
