Nejenže nám rezervovali pobyt na jiný den v jiném měsíci, ale absolutně nejsou schopni jakékoliv normální komunikace ohledně navrácení peněz. S tímhle jsem se tedy ještě nesetkala. Víckrát ne, děkuji. Very unreliable accommodation. Not only have we booked us to stay on another day in another month, but they are absolutely incapable of any normal communication regarding refunds. So I haven't encountered this yet. Not again, thank you.
O	Ota Macák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Až na malé detaily moc hezké ubytování v centru města. Hodně prostorné pokoje. Ke zlepšení ale napíšu pár věcí- netekla moc teplá voda, toaletní papír nejlevnější co se vyrábí ? v koupelne nešlo ubrat topení, sprchová hlavice prasklá a vana se prohybala. Jinak bych lépe označil apartmany cedulí z ulice. Nebylo úplně snadné to najít. Za tu cenu ale na přespání dobré :) Except for the small details very nice accommodation in the city center. Very spacious rooms. But I will write a few things to improve - the hot water did not flow too much, the cheapest toilet paper is produced ? the heating in the bathroom could not be removed, the shower head was cracked and the bathtub was bent. Otherwise, I would better mark the apartments with a sign from the street. It wasn't entirely easy to find. For that price, but good for sleeping :)

V	Vanessa Fízerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majitel se pokusil vyjít vstříc, ubytoval nás dříve. Každopádně by si měl najmout jinou uklízečku! Kdyby tam bylo čisto, tak mi tento jednoduchý styl vybavenosti stačí. Při převzetí pokoje na první pohled nic znát nešlo, ale jen co jsem se přezula a stoupla na podlahu kuchyně, přilepila jsem se ponožkama k podlaze. Když jsem se podívala naproti oknu, hnus. Totálně špinavá podlaha, v pokoji také a na záchodě ... prkýnko v zadní části špinavé a fleky na podlaze. V posteli po odkrytí deky drobky, povlečení vypadalo čisté, ale zda nad ním uklízečka svačila? Jinak opravdu nechápu, odkud by se tam ty drobky vzaly. Ve vaně seschlá pasta ... V noci šel slyšet hluk a chůze lidí nad námi. V den odjezdu nás tam majitel plánoval nechat do 11 hod. Ale domluva jaksi padla, v 9:55 si už přišel pro klíče kvůli uklízečce (kdyby jsme byli pryč, tak mají smůlu). V 10:05 si odemkla uklízečka, když jsem jí řekla, že tam máme být do 11:00, odešla. Po pár minutách, kdy šel přítel na wc si všiml, že nechala dokořán otevřené hlavní dveře. Tak jsme se radši sebrali a odešli hned. Jedna noc nám tam stačila. Příště si radši připlatím za hotel, kde si nebudu připadat jak citlivka na čistotu. The owner tried to accommodate him, he accommodated us earlier. He should hire another cleaning lady anyway! There was nothing at first glance when I took over the room, but as soon as I changed my clothes and stepped to the kitchen floor, I stuck to the floor with my socks. Disgust when I looked across the window. Totally dirty floor, in the room as well and in the toilet ... board in the back dirty and stains on the floor. In bed after uncovering the blanket crumbs, the sheets looked clean, but did the cleaning lady snack on it? Otherwise, I really don't understand where the crumbs would come from. The dried paste in the bathtub ... At night he heard the noise and walking of people above us. On the day of departure, the owner planned to leave us there by 11 am. The cleaning lady unlocked at 10:05, when I told her to be there by 11:00, she left. After a few minutes when a friend went to the toilet, he noticed that she had left the main door wide open. So we better got together and left now. One night was enough for us there. Next time, I'd rather pay extra for a hotel, where I won't feel like a sensitivity to cleanliness.

The owner refused to exchange rooms or give us a refund. The apartment also wasn't fresh. The towels included were super small only one toilet roll was in the apartment. It's very thin walls so the sound of the street and bar downstairs is very loud. I would stay away from this place and book something else in Pilsen.

As soon as we got inside the apartment, we noticed that the boiler was not working so we did not have any heating or hot water. We informed the staff and nothing was done. We had to leave the apartment after 3 days of them promising that they will fix it. We found our own alternative and we didn't receive any compensation whatsoever. The worst part is that, when we involved Booking.com, the apartment staff told us that we didn't inform them about the problem which in fact we did on Day 1! If you are thinking of booking this apartment, think again! :( What was meant to be a holiday, turned into a stressful nightmare :(
S	Shachar Pinkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for 2 nights, 4 people, and it was very nice. The apartment was huge, the location was excellent, the Wi-Fi worked as needed and overall wea are happy we stayed there. The downsides were that we needed to call the owner twice, first for check in (no one was there when we came) and second time for the Wi-Fi password. We also didn't have shampoo in the shower and we were missing a towel. We had hot water but at the forth shower not as much. Also, the toilet needs more ventilation. In the end, for the price, the place is worth it.
R	Roland W. Waniek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one thing to say: Don't go there! Worst experience ever. When we arrived the manager took us upstairs to the room and opened the door. To his and our great surprise, however, there was already one person in the room. It was already given to someone else. Then the manager looked for another room, but found none, because everything was already booked. The manager then said that he had been trying to reach us all day to tell us that everything was booked. When I asked him why he took us upstairs to the room despite this knowledge, he said that such double bookings were common for him and that you have to live with it. I have never experienced such a thing. We then had to look for another place to stay ourselves at night at 11 pm. Simply unbelievable!
