★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdyz to melo puvodniho majitele tak super ale ted co je novy majitel hruza nikde nemaji viditelne vyvesenou cenu a nehty 500kc doplneni akryl a jenom jednu barvu laku. Behem mesice zdrazil novy majitel o 50kc a to uz jsem tam prestala chodit na pedikuru ze byla draha. Chodim tam na nehty 6 let ale bohuzel musim si najit jine misto je to drzost 500kc za nehty pro stale zakazniky.
If it had the original owner so great, but now that the new owner is horrible, they have no visibly posted price and the nails 500kc are added with acrylic and only one color of varnish. Over the course of a month, the new owner increased the price by 50 CZK and I stopped going for a pedicure there because it was expensive. I have been going there for nails for 6 years but unfortunately I have to find another place, it is the audacity of 500kc for nails for regular customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ špatné vyřizování reklamací. můj přítel si nechal udělat nehty a byl nešťastný. nejprve jsme museli zaplatit 300 Kč navíc. navíc, když jsme se pak vrátili, abychom jim řekli, že bychom požádali o vrácení peněz, bylo nám řečeno, že to není možné, ale že je můžeme nechat předělat. Jelikož jsme na to neměli čas, naší jedinou možností bylo částečné vrácení peněz. ale to se nedalo udělat, protože šéf tu nebyl předtím, po 5 dnech. 800 kc za nehty s mnoha vadami.
poor handling of complaints. my friend had his nails done and he was unhappy. first we had to pay an extra CZK 300. moreover, when we returned to tell them that we would ask for a refund, we were told that this was not possible, but that we could have them remodeled. Since we didn't have time, our only option was a partial refund. but it couldn't be done because the boss hadn't been here before, after 5 days. 800 kc for nails with many defects.
