★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl bych reagovat na recenzi Simony Kreuzigerové. Bohužel tento servis je klasický případ toho, že tam přijedete se závadou a oni začnou měnit díly, které něco stojí + práce a vůbec nesouvisí se závadou! Prvotní zjištění závady prostě nedělají... Po výměně několika dílů se dostanou k závadě, ale vás to stalo desítky tisíc korun zbytečně. U nás to byl povolený a utržený šroub na silentbloku (oprava řádově desítky korun) a přesto nám vyměnili obě přední pružiny za 6500,- a dále chtěli měnit převodovku za 100 000... Opravdu nedoporučuji!
I would like to respond to Simona Kreuziger's review. Unfortunately, this service is a classic case of coming there with a defect and they start to change parts that cost something + work and are not related to the defect at all! They simply do not make the initial findings of the defect ... After replacing several parts, they will get to the defect, but it cost you tens of thousands of crowns unnecessarily. For us, it was a loose and torn screw on the silentblock (repair of the order of tens of crowns) and yet they replaced both front springs for 6500, - and they also wanted to change the gearbox for 100,000 ... I really do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoservis, který využívá neznalost zákazníka... Přijela jsem s tím, že při zatáčení do prava a sešlápnutí plynového pedálu se ozývá klepání, zejména u 1. a 2. rychlostního stupně. Po zvednutí auta mi bylo ihned sebejistě řečeno, že jde o prasklé pružiny. Protože jsem laik, myslela jsem si, že mechanik je znalý a rozumí tomu, proto nebylo potřeba auto projet a pružiny jsem nechala vyměnit. Druhý den při vyzvednutí, kdy jsem se zeptala, zda byl problém vyřešen mi bylo řečeno, že ano, bohužel hned po první zatáčce bylo evidentní, že závada, kvůli které jsem přišla, nebyla opravena.
Autoservis nedoporučuji! Co se jim nesmí vytknout je rychlost, avšak pokud člověk přijede s neznámou závadou, nemají tendenci vyhledat opravdovou závadu, jen člověka nechají opravit jiné díly...
A car service that uses the customer's ignorance ... I came up with the idea that when turning to the right and depressing the accelerator pedal, there is a knocking, especially in 1st and 2nd gear. After picking up the car, I was immediately told confidently that the springs were cracked. Because I'm a layman, I thought the mechanic knew and understood, so there was no need to drive the car and had the springs replaced. The next day, when I asked, if I asked if the problem was solved, I was told that yes, unfortunately right after the first turn, it was evident that the defect for which I came was not corrected.
I do not recommend car service! What they must not be blamed for is speed, but if a person arrives with an unknown defect, they do not tend to look for a real defect, they only let the person repair other parts ...

Probably the most expensive service in the world for me. Oil change, filters and wheel changes. 5700 CZK. Incredibly shot prices on the parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived to the service due to a noise in the car and asked for an overall check-up. The service said that the brake discs were worn out and they would have to replace them. The reparation was fast, unfortunately the day after we got an error in the car pointing to a faulty brake system (error asking us to immediately stop the car). We brought the car back to the service, they did the diagnostics saying that it was probably electronics which is not in their scope of repairs and gave us a number on an electrician. We took the car to a different mechanic and they immediately noticed the issue, replaced several additional parts in the break system and the error was fixed. They asked us who was touching the brakes lately as the reparation/ replacement was very poor. So unfortunately I cannot recommend this service, as it does not seem they know what they are doing.
