Pulhodiny čekáte než se vám na příjmu někdo začne věnovat a to samé když jsi jděte vyzvednout auto. Na pravidelném servisu zapomněli vyměnit brzdové destičky takže po 1000 ujetých km jsem zmrvil kotouče.
Naposledy když jsem tam dával na opravu druhé auto tak tam bylo přes týden a nikdo se ho ani nedotkl.
Velice tento servis nedoporučuji. Kdybych mohl dám mínus pět hvězdiček.
The worst service near Ústí nad Labem.
You wait half an hour before someone starts paying attention to you at the reception, and the same when you go to pick up a car. At the regular service they forgot to replace the brake pads so after 1000 km I crushed the discs.
The last time I put a second car in there for repair, it was there over a week and no one even touched it.
I highly do not recommend this service. If I could, I would give minus five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po každé opravě mi v autě něco chybělo. A když jsem ho nakonec předal prázdné, tak zmizela třetina obsahu nádrže.
I missed something in the car after each repair. And when I finally handed it over empty, a third of the contents of the tank disappeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím pochválit za vyřízení škodní události, komunikace byla výborná,přístup též,práce na autě trvala něco málo přes týden. Dostal jsem zapůjčený vůz. Při předání bohužel nebylo vše vyzkouseno, auto muselo být ještě jeden den doopraveno, poté bylo vše v naprostém pořádku. Chválím za profesionální přístup, avšak díly by se na internetu daly sehnat o 80 % levněji.
I have to praise for handling the damage event, the communication was excellent, the approach as well, the work on the car took a little over a week. I got a rented car. Unfortunately, not everything was tested during the handover, the car had to be repaired one more day, then everything was in perfect order. I praise the professional approach, but parts could be obtained 80% cheaper on the Internet.
