★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from Amazon. The courier said he came and contacted me but nobody called/texted .When I called they said he's gonna bring it tomorrow. The second day same answer, "tomorrow". I'm gonna go and pick the package myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, I got express documents from Alexandria (Egypt) to Tirana (Albania) for like 10 days or probably more. And customer service is disastrous! Worst courrier ever, will never ever ever work with them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst experience with delivering a package I've ever seen.. The package arrived 5 days later that it was supposed to. There were records about attempting the delivery on their shipment tracking that weren't true. I only got one phone call from them that they ended too quick so I didn't even have time to pick up the phone and I didn't even get a phonecall from the at the day of the delivery. I just found the package literally stuffed in the mailbox and I didn't get any info about it being there. Anyone could just take it from the mailbox and steal it without me knowing about it. You should be ashamed about your services, that's just disgusting..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would agree with the negative comments here. I have used them twice, and twice they have delayed delivery and no one replied to my emails requesting for an update as the tracker lacked information.
The value is probably cheaper than other carrier but there is a catch, don't expect express service!
