B	Baha Acuner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They closed their office at Zlicin. If you need to ship something or hold a shipping you need to go to the airport location, which is behind security. There is no place to park your car or to reach the place easly with public transport. It's a shame because I really like using fedex in US.

But then you decide to ship it anyway... and all the things that can go wrong indeed do go wrong. Disfunctional tracking system, same shipment ends up in two different locations, you are told to pick up items only to find out they are stuck in Germany, delays, unprofessional dealing with agents... But this location in particular... to go collect a shipment form this warehouse is one of the worst experience to have. It could be sold as an experience "become a warehouse intern for a day". Get ready for navigating massive halls where bypassing workers give only riddles instead of directions, waiting for 20 minutes before the person you are directly staring at the whole time looks away from their computer and finally asks you 'what do you want', and to spend most of the time waiting for something without knowing for what you are in fact waiting.

N	Nawar Talli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most terrible company I have ever dealt with… not responsive ( never pick up the phone) super rude drivers, they will ask you what time do u prefer a pick up then they will come on completely different time, even completely different day.. according to their mood. Just terrible, I don’t recommend at all.

First I dealt with one customs rep (female) who was very nice then I followed up to find out about status of my package and was told Radek Novotny was handling it.I called him and explain my situation The rules for shipments changed EU in July but my package was sent in June so I could not follow the rules .I wasn’t even aware about the changes because they were not in place when I send the package. I tried to explain everything to Mr. Novotny. Instead of helping to resolve this matter he was unhelpful and spoke with me in condescending manner. He send me some forms, when I asked him to explain them to me , he said that I have declined them (wasn’t true I asked to me explained what I am signing). Then I called FedEx to speak to a manager and I was told they they are not allowed to provide manager’s phone number.What reputable company doesn’t allow to contact managers??I searched and I found manger Jiri Molnar and I send him email on September 8th . To my surprise he didn’t even reply to my email. In summary I find the lack of assistance from Mr. Novotny unprofessional, I would hope that part of his job is to find resolution and Help the customer not to be sarcastic and condescending. And I was shocked that not even manager Mr Molnar would take time to acknowledge my email. I am very disappointed. I can’t believe how badly Federal Express treats and handles customers issues.
