Zero stars!! Worst courier service I have ever used. It's been 4 days and our express package has not arrived. I paid $280 EUR for a 2.4 kg package to be delivered from Gallarte, Italy to Prague, to arrive in 1-2 days. I called to verify address and they have all the correct information but they claim they had the wrong address, another day they say the business address was closed, ... nothing but lies... We will have to pick it up ourselves. Very frustrating! Do not use this service, unless you want to pick it the mail yourself.

It was my worst experience with the courier service ever! It was the first time I've ordered TNT and they've managed to lose my parcel immediately! They've delivered it to the wrong recipient, which happened to be a company that stole the parcel. TNT has never managed to retrieve the parcel. :( All the communication was slow, manager didn't even bother to reply to my email. Beware! Highly NOT recommended! When I told my FB followers and friends about this issue I've got several replies saying that they kind of knew TNT is unreliable, that they've had issues with them too :( I wish I knew it before ordering their service! :(

Unbelievably unprofessional. They know how to 'steal' money. Sent an express envelope with confidential documents from Czechia to Germany. Paid 100€ for next day delivery. The parcel was never delivered at the address instructed on the waybill. 5 days later tracking number confirmed that parcel was delivered at an address in the other side of Germany. I consulted telephonically with TNT. They said they have confirmation that the envelope was delivered. So I said it may be so but it is at the wrong person in the wrong hands. They claimed it is not possible. I was advised to put my complaint politely in writing to customer service Prague with proof off original delivery details i.e. a copy of the waybill. So I did this. To date I have had no response from TNT. They ignore me. In the end luckily the incorrect receiver (a supermarket) contacted the original receiver by telephone number indicated on the waybill, and the supermarket forwarded the envelope to the correct receiver. TNT has done nothing. It is impossible to have an impact on them - highly frustrating, if they want to ignore me they can clearly and what can I do about it - very disappointing to say the least. And it is not the first time I have had such experience with them. I am stupid to have used them again in good faith that mistakes can happen. But I was wrong to. If I had used normal Czech post I would have paid up to 10€ and it would have arrive within the 5-7 days without hassles. Boycott TNT.
